Amazing property, clean, comfortable, well appointed.

We were all very pleased with our stay here. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one 7 year old. The kitchen was a dream to prepare some home meals. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was very quiet and secluded. The hot tub was enjoyed by all.

This house is just perfect. It is spotless, comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. Not to mention very comfortable mattresses and bedding. My family especially loved the outdoor space nestled into the woods.

We just spent a wonderful week with our family at Ridgeview Retreat. The home was beautiful, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. The living room area provided plenty of space for our family to gather and we enjoyed using the fireplace on the back porch. The hot tub was relaxing and Chadd, the property management contact, made sure it was serviced and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy a meal at home. We would definitely return and we highly recommend a stay at this lovely home. Jim and Carol

It is a beautiful home and property. Quiet area and close to everything

Overall the house was well equipped with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and almost anything you can think of needed in a house. The only thing it could use would be a couple more hooks or towel racks in the downstairs bathroom.

My friends and I had a fabulous week long vacation together. The house was so perfect! Luxurious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The outside area was ideal, as we were nestled in a forest yet only a short distance from the downtown. The walk through the beautiful neighborhood enhanced the experience.

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. It is a beautiful and newer house with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is a beautiful patio with propane grill and hot tub. Thank you for a fantastic week!

Recommend this house and location for a great stay in Saugatuck. Conveniently located within walking distance (about a mile) to downtown and yet in a quiet residential area. Well stocked kitchen as we like to cook, and plenty of games to entertain our children and grandchildren. Loved to hand in the porch and enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

Fantastic Place!!

This house is great for a group of 6 to 8 people. The hot tub is a nice touch although a light outside would have been helpful in the dark :-) We had zero issues and would have no problem renting again.

Had a great couples weekend in Saugutuck. The house had everything we needed for relaxing and dining in. Short walk to downtown. Awesome hot tub.

Everything was perfect from minute we walked in the house. Beautiful home...beautiful setting....great location. Could not have been happier!

This property was fantastic! The location was just a short distance to just about any place we wanted to go - especially to downtown Saugatuck. The home is very well equipped with just about everything vacationers could ever ask for or need, especially the kitchen! We loved all of the high quality appliances. The grill was easy to use. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area, as well as the screened-in porch. Our working family members found plenty of spaces for conference calls and other necessary work-related tasks. The onsite manager, Chadd, responded quickly to out questions. He went the extra mile to create a sleeping space for our grandchild who preferred being in the same room as his parents. Our grandson loved the variety of games provided. Chadd also prepared the hot/sauna for our use and provided information about where to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. This property was great fit for our family. 👍🏽

There is a grill out back with wonderful adirondak chairs and a hot tub and double hammock. There is little sun out back and so it is very shaded. The bathrooms are modern and clean. Chadd, the property manager was very responsive to our needs and was at the property within minutes of my text message that something needed fixing. All in all I highly recommed the rental!!!

This home was gorgeous and spotless! We ate most meals in and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The yard and setting was beautifully landscaped and private. We used the grill, the hot tub and took daily walks in the neighborhood. We had three generations of family there and the layout and bedrooms/bathrooms afforded everyone their space and privacy. It really was a home away from home. Brian and Chadd were easy to contact and quick to respond. We would rent here again and highly recommend it to others!
