We had a great stay on the property. The location of the house is in a perfect spot about a half mile from town and also close to some other eateries outside of town. The backyard was beautiful and it was a great place for a quick weekend getaway.

This cottage is close to town, very clean, with the perfect amount of amenities. It was cozy and had 4 good sized bedrooms. Fresh flowers were a special find when we arrived. We plan to go back!

We recently stayed at this very comfortable and lovely home. The location is within walking distance to town in a quiet neighborhood. It felt like home! Cynthia was awesome! We didn't realize that we'd left a rather expensive camera at the house when we left. Cynthia let us know and shipped the camera back to us. That's what I call a super honest host! We highly recommend a stay at Cynthia's house!!

We were 4 coworkers/friends who stayed for a week during the summer. The house is perfect walking distance to town and restaurants. The four bedrooms are relatively quiet and shielded from noise from each other. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone wishing for an easy vacation.

Cynthia's home has a wonderful location. Close to town and the water. The house was just perfect-- room for everyone, and even a private backyard space. We are a part of a Veteran's non-profit. 8 of us had been meeting throughout the year to read Moby-Dick. We planned our last meeting on Nantucket. People drove and flew from all over. The house was perfect! Easy walk to everything, especially Mitchell's Book Corner and Main street. We also appreciated having Cumberland Farms next door (bonus). The house was perfect for what we needed. Cynthia always responded to me when needed and we really had no complaints. The whole group was thrilled with this great find.

Lovely house with lots of room. Eight cousins met up to spend a few days in Nantucket. It was a great location, plenty of bedrooms and baths. Everyone was pleased with our accommodations. Cynthia was a great host who quickly replied when I emailed her. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Three of my friends and I came for three nights as the third leg of our New England trip. We obviously saved the best for last! We loved everything about our stay. Our rental was within walking distance from town which made it easy to come and go. We had plenty of space in our beautifully landscaped home! Inside, we had plenty of the essentials so all we had to do was get food items at the store. Overall, I would give this an excellent rating and would definitely come back!

Perfect location and perfect property
This property was a great fit for a group of 5 women. The location was perfect for us. We did not bring a car over with us. We were able to walk to downtown and also walkable to Island Grill, Stop and Shop, Wicked Bakery. The property was well stocked with towels and kitchen staples-glasses, cups, utensils etc.

Great Location
We stayed at the property (back cottage) this past weekend and it was great. You can't beat the location, close to town, close to Stop and Shop, close to Cumberland Farms for a small items. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the big back yard and deck. Overall it was a great weekend.

Walkable to town, quaint and charming!
We had a great time on our girls weekend! 5 adults and 2 infants. Worked perfectly as a home base and to easily get around the island. With 2 infants we rented cars, but if it were just the adults (and maybe a bit warmer!), we could have easily managed on bikes to most all locations. Thank you Cynthia!

Daffodil Weekend on Nantucket
This bungalow was PERFECT! We are 6 friends that have been coming to Nantucket for Daffodil Festival for years - we have stayed all over the island but this was our favorite spot.
Walkable to town, close to the bike routes, plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.
House was perfect with plenty of beds, super clean, Cynthia was super responsive and lovely.

Excellent location and host
My family stayed over Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and location. With quick proximity to downtown and bike paths it was ideal for dining out and enjoying the island. The cottage was clean and had an abundance of everything we needed (towels, toilet paper, coffee mugs, detergent, etc). Cynthia was a wonderful host and was readily available when we needed her. Would highly recommend.

Two nights on Nantucket
Short but sweet sojourn on the island with college friends. Good location close to town with plenty of space inside and out. Especially liked the backyard seating area. No snags on rental and ideal for what we wanted - privacy and everything as advertised.

We had a hard time getting in initially, because the cleaners haven’t finished yet when we got there, but Cynthia made up for the delay by letting us stay a little bit later on our final day, which we very much appreciated. The property was clean, as advertised, close to town and near lots of delicious restaurants and the stop and shop, which was really convenient. Cynthia was responsive, flexible and helpful during our stay.

Perfect getaway!
This home was clean and well equipped for our group; it had everything we needed a 3 day stay. The location was an easy walk to the grocery store, our favorite morning buns at Wicked Island Bakery and a short stroll to all the happenings of town. Owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this property for future renters.

Perfect Nantucket cottage
We had such an amazing weekend on Nantucket. The cottage was adorable and spacious, with an amazing backyard as well! We walked to a delicious bakery that had awesome croissants! And it was helpful that Cumberland Farms was so close. We hope to return! We’re already talking about booking a weekend next year!

Weekend Bungalow for the Cranberry Cup
This is was I call a great little Bungalow that slept 6 adults comfortably and was in a great location close enough to town to walk and a few doors down from the Cumberland Farms to get some refreshments quick, if needed. The landlord could not have been nicer, and when we were notified that the Ferry's were not running due to high winds/weather, we were pleasantly surprised when she gave us a refund for the one day/night that we lost. It was exactly what was advertised, and the price was right for what we got. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little modest, but that gives you everything that you really need to enjoy your time there.

Cynthia's home was fantastic!
The home was exactly as advertised on VRBO. It is in a perfect location near downtown, but located far back from the main road Orange street so you have some privacy. The property was extremely clean and had tons of amenities that are highlighted online. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was super simple. I would highly recommend her property to other renters as my family and I fully enjoyed our stay.
