We have never vacationed in Daytona before this stay. The condo was gorgeous! The kitchen was great. I loved sitting outside on the deck. I loved that we did not have to bring bath towels, beach towels or beach chairs. The only 2 things I would tell people to be aware of is this; you cannot enter the building without a key fob to let you in. They only give you 2 fobs, but the unit sleeps upwards of about 12 ppl. So you must be prepared to figure out how that many individuals can come and go on 2 fobs. I did text this problem to the property manager and although he responded promptly to my concern, he said that the association only allows 1 fob per bedroom. We have never vacationed at a property that did not have keypad access, so we had to rearrange how we could come and go. That was challenging. I now know to ask about this before committing to a unit. I would also suggest the mattress in the primary bedroom be replaced. It sinks drastically in the middle. My husband had to sleep on the pullout chair. That being said, it really was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed Daytona.

This condo is amazing, the master bedroom is huge and beautiful, the kitchen have everything we need. The commons areas ( gym.pool table, pool,hot tub) are awesome.

This is our second year in this unit. As always, beautiful and clean. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen. Communication is impeccable. Thanks again!!

This condo was everything we could have asked for and more!! It is huge and being that we flew, it was very well stocked with everything we couldn’t bring with us. Beach chairs, towels and a cooler for the beach, and a well stocked kitchen. There is a grocery store only a half mile away. Lucas (the property manager) was incredibly attentive and easy to contact with questions. We had a GREAT experience!

From the moment we walked in we were very impressed at how beautiful our condo was. The pool and beach was also wonderful. The communication with Lucas was top notch. The minor issue we first had was resolved immediately. We look forward to visiting again!

Everything was as described. Everything you can want in the kitchen. Plenty of room. Felt like home. Had a great time. Can’t wait to return.

The condo unit was amazing. There were only a few small things that could have been better. First of all, the kitchen was beautiful and the up to date appliances were breath taking...but, we never figured out the microwave. But we made it with the 30 second Express button. Then, the small supply of all paper goods. We did not know we were going to have to make a grocery run for paper towels, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper.....we could have brought these items from home if we knew they would not be provided except for one washing. The beautiful master bath, well the sauna bathtub does not work and there is very very little hot water that goes to that shower. We showered in the other room but that tub was hard to get into and out of due to no rails at all to hold onto Like the title says, it was just the little things that would have made it the best trip ever. But, we had fun and enjoyed our stay at this very nice condo unit. Thank you

All good but king mattress has passed its life expectancy. Replacement needed badly.Lucas a good asset.

Our stay at this resort was excellent. Lucas was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We had a delay in our flight and they were all so accommodating. The room was very clean and very well supplied. Will definitely go there again.

This is a truly gorgeous apartment with the best kitchen with everything you could possible want. We had a brilliant stay even with a hurricane trying to interrupt!

Lucas and his team was great. The property was as advertised and was beautiful. The huge kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. We would def stay at this property again in the future!

Condo was not very clean. Floors dirty. Sheets did not feel clean. Bathtub in master bath was dirty. Could use some care in this particular condo.

The process was very easy from booking to checking in. It was nicely decorated and felt like home. Everything is convenient to the condo. The pool was clean and maintained. Everything was very secure, Everyone felt safe and enjoyed their time at the pool and on the beach. I would recommend and hope to return.

This is our 6th year staying in various units at Oceans Vista. We’re never disappointed. Our unit was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much all cooking utensils and drink-wear you’d need. Lucas was very quick with responses to anything we needed and check in process was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Lucas was very helpful and responsive. Unit shows some minor wear, however very comfortable, and FULL equipped.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our family. The pool and beach access were just what we were looking for. We were super grateful that we were able to bring our dogs! Lucas was a great host.

This family trip was a very special gift to my youngest granddaughter. She was twelve this year but had never seen the ocean. We wanted her to experience the beauty of the ocean while staying at this outstanding location. It was everything we wanted and more. Hope to get the opportunity to visit again.

The condo was fantastic and suited our family's needs perfectly. It was spacious enough for everyone in the family to have their own space when we weren't in the pool, or on the beach. We had every intention of hanging out in the community room but the weather was too nice to spend indoors the week we were there! The condo was very well appointed and provided us with all the necessities for the week. I should have paid closer attention to the description, as this condo provided beach equipment as well (umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, etc) and it would have saved me a bunch of packing! I had previously done some digging on third party review sites about Ocean Vista, and reading the reviews had left me a bit apprehensive. Some user reviews indicated that the property's rules "ruined" their vacations. While I can't speak for anyone else, our experience was not at all marred by the condo rules (being covered up when not in the pool/beach area, no water guns, time limits for the hot tub while others are waiting, etc). In fact, it seems to us their rules help maintain the "luxury" aesthetic and ensures that guests are considerate of their fellow guests and residents. Our children (age ranges from 7 to 15) enjoyed themselves immensely and these rules did nothing to ruin our vacation. It seems if you're considerate of others, the rules shouldn't be a problem. Last but certainly not least, I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Lucas, the property manager! He was fantastic throughout the entire process and answered all my questions prior to booking, during booking, and prior to arrival. He was very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. He was on site when we checked in, taking care of the smallest of details, and ensured we had everything we needed before he left. Our check-in agent, Jennifer, was just as gracious. She gave a detailed tour of the property and answered all my questions. Thank you, Lucas, for ensuring we had a lovely stay! We can't wait to come back - and next time I know that all I need to pack are clothing and toiletries!
