Nice apartment, well equipped in a good location.

An absolutely fabulous property in a wonderful, yet quiet location. Very secure gated building, with every amenity a family could want. Very helpful and delightful staff at Enjoybcn - even baited us with a gift on Christmas. Everything we wanted and more!! Thank you for making our vacation perfect!!

My three young adult children and myself stayed here for one week in the last week of October. We were so impressed by this apartment. It was in the perfect place, central to everything and easily within walking distance to most things we wanted to see. The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The secured entrance was off a small alley with gates, locked at night, so very secure. It was within a short walking distance to the beach, right in the historic Gothic quarter, and close to our favourite place to have dinner, Placa Reial. Right across the street was a wonderful bakery, and a small supermarket, which we visited daily. Thank you enjoybcn for being organized, great communicators, and making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! We would recommend this apartment to any of our friends and family as it went beyond our expectations.

A central location within steps of shopping, bars, restaurants and markets. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool was a bonus. And Ivan was great with check-in — recommending local spots for our first night. We would absolutely stay here again!

Positives: I liked the proximity to the port and that we were located within the Gothic District and laundry machines. However, the apartment smelled the entire time there must’ve been something in the ventilation system, but so did the building outside. Power went out several times and the smell of sewage is pervasive, particularly by this apartment. I did not feel that the apartment was cleaned the way a hotel would be. Specifically, we found large amounts straight and curly pubic hairs on the floors in the corners throughout the entire.The air conditioning also had a hard time reaching temperature, which made it extremely warm. We also found that the staff rigid and not understanding. Shocking since EnjoyBCN owns over 100 units. As many Americans are aware the flights land too early. Despite multiple requests for an early check-in since making the reservation months ago they were unable to accommodate us and I understood and I had no issue with that. What I had an issue with was lack of care and understanding-they practically threw us out of their waiting area in their office where they held luggage. We were sleep deprived because of the time difference and had nowhere to go. This is where the benefit of a hotel is better than this. Hotels allow early arrival guests comforts and mange them with accommodations if rooms are not ready. Spend the extra money and get multiple hotel rooms if you need to. I also paid for towels that never came. Still awaiting the credit back.

This is very close to Las Rambla and a short walk from the seaside and very close to taxi stands to get around the city. The apartment was very nice comfortable. Great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here, seven adults with ample space. Final payment/check in was a bit clumsy with links that wouldn't work, and we were asked to stop at the rental office upon arrival to BCN. Not sure why we couldn't have done that by phone; required extra Uber with a large party. We had some issue getting through the locked gates one night (magnetic key not working), but someone answered the mgmt co phone right away on What's App and resolved the issue promptly. Washer/dryer excellent and are full size with clear instructions. Note that rooftop space is shared with all other renters and pool is petite for a quick dip. We did have to call one morning to have the rooftop door unlocked. Overall excellent place and location can't be beat. Communication with enjoybcn was top notch. Great mexican place right next door and a small market also for essentials including extensive beer, wine, liquor, dairy, coffee pods, ice. We loved it.

Great location near the coast with east access to transport and local grocery stores. The flat was spacious and the access to the pool was a major bonus.

We enjoyed our lodging accommodations. Property was clean, great location and 3 bdrm accommodations was perfect.

The apartment is modern, well equipped and well located. The roof area offers another area to relax. Restaurants & Bars are local, with the central area, marina and beach within easy reach, either on foot or by bike. We will stay here again.

A gem of a stay. Gorgeous apartment in a fascinating and fascinating neighborhood in the amazing Barcelona. You can’t go wrong here…. Just know where the fuse box is. We tripped the hot water beaker but it was an ez fix..

Everything was fantastic!

Very professional and helpful staff who were timely in responding to my many questions. The location is excellent and there is a Taxi stand around the corner, and a lovely place to walk up for a cup of coffee and a fresh fruit smoothie from Maha. We did have one small issue with tiny ants, but the EnjoyBCN team came by the unit to address it while we were out touring. All and all, this apartment was an excellent choice.

Great location in Barcelona with excellent communication and service by the property manager. Unfortunately the apartment smelled like urine. The staff were quick to respond to questions and even booked transfers to and from the airport.

I can’t say enough about our apartment. It looked even better in person. It was exceptionally clean. The communication with the rental agency was exceptional. There was never a time I couldn’t reach them in moments. They showed up at 10:00 pm at night to bring us fresh towels and extra pillows. The check in process was fast and flawless. The property was quiet and in a great location to get around the city quickly by walking or metro. If I returned I would absolutely stay here again.

We appreciated staying in this apartment; close to La Rambla with a small convenience store right around the corner. It had everything we needed: two bathrooms, a stocked kitchen and a nice little patio/pool area on the rooftop. The best thing was the communication and service from the EnjoyBCN staff. They held our luggage before we could get into the apartment and provided walking directions to the city sites.

Clean, well kept place. Able to accommodate an earlier checkin. Very responsive to messages. Pool on the terrace is small but functional for my toddler. Also, has a taxi stand close by. Would recommend.

During our wonderful visit to Barcelona with temperatures into the 90s, this apartment was the perfect sanctuary to come home to! Quiet, clean and cool. And the rooftop pool was an added bonus! Highly recommend.

The staff at EnjoyBCN are great. They were very accommodating. The 360° degree views of the city at their offices was a nice treat. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious and it had the great towels. The pool area was a plus but we never found time to use it. Maybe next time. The one nit, our listing Saif there was a laundry machine in the unit. Maybe other units had them, but ours didn't. It wasn't critical for us, so we just made due with the shared machine on the ground floor.

The location couldn’t be better! The apartment was roomy and very clean. The property manager responded quickly and accurately. Would certainly stay at this or any other property managed by them.

Very cute and a perfect location

This is a fabulous unit, great location and description is a perfect match. We stayed here a few days before starting a cruise. It was a perfect location for easy access to the main sites, restaurants and close transfer to the port for boarding the ship. Highly recommend.

Loved the location and the property was a perfect fit for the 6 of us.Close to a market and bakeries. Enjoyed a cocktail hour by the pool. Wished the weather was warmer to spend more time there.

This was a great property and we really enjoyed our stay especially the convenience of the pool on the roof. My only complaint is the lack of surfaces in the rooms to put things on and the lack of bins in the bedrooms made it hard to keep things organised and clean whilst there

This place and location can not be beat. The apartment was super easy to get to and communication with the owner was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is awesome. We did not have a car but if you do, there is a parking lot about 10 steps from the apartment across the street.

The best thing about this property is its location. It's walking distance to many conveniences and attractions. Bars, convenience stores, restaurants, taxi stop... are right outside the building. La rambla is 5 min walk. You feel like you are in the middle of attractions but it's still very quiet and safe. One negative thing we notice is the room is a bit humid and damp and there is some smell in the room - why it's not 5 star. But I guess it's the Mediterranean climate. Not a big deal as if you open the door and windows the smell goes away in mins.One thing I love this property particularly is the AC/fan is super quiet. You can barely hear it when it's on. Makes sleep easy. Shower volume is nice. Management is very responsive. We reported safe not working and they sent in repair in a couple of hours although they didn't fix it. Our rating is rather close to 5 star than 4, maybe 4.8 because of the smell in the room. We would definitely come back to this property and recommend it to anyone.P.S. right before we left we found out dishwasher was not working, aborting half way. Reported the issue to management. One suggestion, please stock an ice cream scoop. Thank you!
