Cocoa Beach Towers is a fantastic place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Close to the pier, beautiful sunrises, and the spectacular beach. The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The large balcony with views of the ocean was a highlight!

Outstanding communication! Very nice and helpful! Location was great! My only complaint was mattresses are terrible in all rooms. Big talk at the pool so all rooms lol. I would really love to stay her again if they changed mattresses out.

Condo unit was just as described and pictured. Cute and comfortable. Loved the scenery, direct access to beach, quiet & not crowded beach area to enjoy. Many places in walking distance. Condo manager Zareh is very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful with the area, he made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend!

Condo was very spacious and clean for the 6 of us! Very accommodating to include short walk to the beach and short walk to Fish Camp. We will definitely stay here again!

The apartment is exactly as advertised! Neat and modern. Had all the beach needs you would have! One tiny problem was ants, but I think that was the time of the year. Would definitely come back.

I cannot say enough about this amazing newly remodeled three bedroom condo we found at the Cocoa Beach Towers via vrbo. Although the exterior of the building is older, the owners have fully gutted this condo with all new appliances, furniture, bedding, shower tiles, which were gorgeous and immaculate! There were even boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas they provided as well that were also new! This corner unit allows sun on the patio all day and evening. The heated pool was larger than any pool you’ll find along these condo buildings or hotels in the area. The beach is steps away and close to the TiKi Bar and Grill and shops as the pier is conveniently close! The only thing not new was the Towers’ tennis court which was conveniently outside our door, but is in desperate need of being resurfaced, sorry. However, we found amazing tennis courts at the Nancy Hanson Recreation Center just a couple miles down the road for minimal fees! We absolutely loved this place as it was perfect for us all (6 adults) and we hope to rent again some day! Thank you!

Where do I start? The service was incredible right from booking. Zarek was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information needed for a great stay. The condo was awesome and quite comfortable. All the linens provided and plenty of supplies. The unit is an end unit, so we liked the privacy, and it is steps away from the heated and very well-maintained pool and beach. This condo is tucked off a side street, so it is quiet but very close to restaurants, shopping and activities for the family. Cocoa Beach was one of the coolest beaches we have visited, a step back in time and everyone is so pleasant. We will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting us. Our family had an unforgettable time!

We stayed at this property to be close to the beach, restaurants and visiting family near Titusville. There were 3 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room and the rooms were perfect with the set up of beds. There is private beach access and a nice pool. You can walk to the pier which has many restaurants. There is also a Publix grocery store close by and a Dunkin Donuts!! We would definitely be back to stay at this place again!! It met our expectations for our family vacation!!

Pool closed at dusk not even dark. I feel property description was misleading as a family place. These condos are controlled by seniors who expect zero noise or fun but expect you to enjoy the malodorous smell of cigars in and out of the condo. With an October stay means pool closes even before dinner time. As for the condo itself, it was nice and very clean

The floors were disgustingly filthy (tile area was black to the wipe with swiffers, and carpets were dark in high traffic areas)- the owner called the cleaning company owner, who came and cleaned them at 7pm and came back with her crew the next day to re-clean the place was that far below her standard. Afterwards, the stay was good. The owner refunded our cleaning fee. We made the booking quickly looking at a few reviews and description of property, we missed the omission for washer/dryer in unit, - never would we imagine a 3br not having jts own inside - but 2 washer and 2 Dryer laundry room is down the hall. Given we were there for a baseball tournament and some down time, it was a little inconvenient for us. The grounds were really well kept, the parking situation for us was easy and accommodating - had ample visitor parking. Convenient location to pier, Publix, other places we needed. Had the floors been clean upon arrival, our experience would have been better. A washer/dryer inside and garbage disposer would have been nice additions to this unit.

This was my family’s second stay in cocoa beach and this property was more then worth it. It is right next to the pier within walking distance also there is a Publix right across the street which is very convenient. The condo it self was very nice and great amenities besides the pool they also have a tennis court and a putting green. Only suggestion is give more detailed Parking instructions for extra cars and more instructions for cleaning for checkout. But overall it was an amazing stay we will definitely be back

The property was exactly as the pictures showed Clean, well manicured grounds! Condo was perfect with the exception of the family above us, kids running at all hours! But that is expected in condo living! We would stay again

Loved the Cocoa Beach Towers. Great location with an awesome pool and access to the beach. The condo could use some updates (owner said remodeling soon), but overall was great for us. 4 Star on cleanliness only due to the bathroom drawers needing wiped out. I don't want to see the past guests hair when I open them.

everything was fine but felt that the "oceanside view" was a bit misleading as you could barely see the ocean from one corner of the balcony

This is a perfect location! Property is great. We had six adults and plenty of room for everyone. Beach towels and beach accessories were nice to have included. We will definitely rent again!

Stephen and Bri were easy to work with and very responsive to the few questions we had. Great place to stay... modern amenities in a cool, kind of mid-century modern building with fantastic pool, and all walking distance to the Pier. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We are from Illinois and have never been to Cocoa Beach and were meting friends who live there for a week. We found this condo online and it exceeded our expectations. My husband and I even got to play tennis in the morning. We definitely would go back.
