Fantastic location and probably the most comprehensively stocked place I’ve ever stayed at (in terms of kitchen tools, basic spices, beach toys, etc.)

While breakfast was not included there was numerous places very close by to have breakfast. The apartment was large and very nice. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We really appreciated having the two full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the decor' was interesting and well done. We found numerous helpful items provided in the apartment for our use while staying there from a coffee maker to bath supplies and much more. We wished we could have stayed longer and plan to try to book at Spanish Main next time we need a place in Cocoa Beach. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool looked very clean and nice.

The only problem we had was minor as we could not figure out how to lock the sliding glass door to the balcony. We all tried to lock it but could not get it to latch.

Property location on the beach. We also liked the size of the condos. The condos were well equipped with basic needs. Spanish Main is near very good restaurants.

The bed in the master bedroom was rather uncomfortable. Some of the faucets made noises. If we decide to return with our family, we will try to find more updated units. As a suggestion the condo association as a whole should consider installing a couple destination chargers for those of us that drive EVs.

The place is essentially a full apartment. Kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a dining area in an open plan. My family only stayed one night so it's not really what the place is intended for. If you are staying for a week, or a few days it would be perfect, being able to cook breakfast, etc. I would highly highly recommend for extended stays. I mean even my one night stay was great. Didn't get a chance to scope the pool, but beach location is great. Lost 1 star because it's more of an Air BnB than a hotel stay. So some very small maintenance was asked such as bringing the rubbish out. But that was a very little inconvenience.

Excellent location just 2 minutes walk from the sand on Cocoa Beach. A variety of restaurants within 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. The property is on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator, and is very comfortable for one or two couples or a family with children.

Beautiful interior Fabulous beach and pool

Locking door instructions somewhat lacking. But helpful neighbors. The floors are unusually difficult to clean. Needs more attention. Maybe better vaccuming would pick up sand and other unseen particles. Great experience. Recommend highly.

Right on the beach; plenty of beach toys and towels. Comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms and there is an additional cot in one bedroom. The host was very responsive over booking's messaging feature. Even though we never had direct contact, I felt well-cared for. I would love to go back!

Beach not crowded, all balconies have view of the pool and ocean, very nice finishes in condo, comfy beds, a lot of things provided in condo we stayed in (beach and pool gear, beach towels, shampoo, hand soap, detergent), charcoal grill on premesis.

Furniture on balcony not sturdy, table outside was very small

Location, size, bed comfortable, easy check in, quiet beach, beach chairs and boogie boards provided.

Plumbing - drains in bathroom sinks are clogged, shower pressure in main bedroom is nonexistent. Sheets are pilled. Ants on kitchen counters. Dishwasher was full when we arrived.
