We have stayed at this resort at least 5 times this year. This was the 1st in this unit. It says it sleeps 5, but when we pulled out the couch bed it reeked of mold and urine. There’s mold on the under portion of the mattress & a huge stain on the top of it. The blankets were dirty with a brown substance & smelled like they hadn’t been washed. The sheets also had stains. There was only a full size bed for my husband, myself & my 2 boys. There were sleep mats in the closet, but those are ripped open with dirty foam exposed. When we contacted the property manager they responded by dropping off clean sheets & a blanket…so my kids could sleep on the floor?! Also disappointing during this stay was that the pools were not heated as they were working on the heating system. One of the reasons we love staying at Seascape is because it’s fun to be able to come up from the beach once the sun goes down & still enjoy the pool & hot tubs. When things are up and running, this is a great resort. Find another unit because there are some really nice ones that are well maintained and clean. The Seascape property is in a great location & provides wonderful get away.

I stayed with a couple of my good friends. We had a great time. The condo is located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The owner was awesome with how quickly she answered my messages. I would stay here again. Highly recommend this place!

This is a very nice 1 bedroom with a beautiful kitchen! The pathway to the beach was a great daily walk.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable and management was helpful.

This condo is in the Seascape property which is nice and cliftside. The check-in was contactless and good for Covid rules. The unit was clean and lots of nice towels. Good sized for two people, 4 adults could be tight. We used the kitchen and fridge was nice size. The stove is just two burner; and their is not an oven; but a toaster sized baker. Booking Communication was quick, until the day we checked in; the lockbox only had one key; and we tried a couple of times to contact the management company without success to get another key. We were told in advance, not to loose them since they were $100 each to replace. We were not able to get another key; and my husband would bike and I had stay very close to let him in. Others have mentioned the location of the unit is loud; which it was. The bedroom is right on the roadside; the housekeeping carts start super early and run thru late evening, and the entry into the parking structure is right under the condo. This was disappointing and next visit I would move to a quieter spot. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Aptos and it was a nice divergence from being homebound.

This is a really cute condo in Seascape. It is right across from the Seascape shopping center and a short walk to the beach. Sofa bed in poor shape and not great to sleep on. Would have preferred having property managers’ phone number instead of email. Nice balcony to sit and read in the sun.

We had a great stay at this property. I was a little nervous going on my first vacation since Covid but they did an amazing job of putting my mind at ease. The standards of cleanliness were off the charts. I was not nervous at all everything was cleaned over and beyond. Lots of space!

This condo was in the perfect location with easy access to the beach and the three pools on the property. You cannot ask for a better location and the condo was also great and comfortable. It was actually larger than I thought it would be. The Kitchenette is well equipped and we were able to create some great breakfast meals. There is two steps to get into the condo so might be a problem for anyone using a wheelchair but otherwise it is a great option for people of any age. Also nice that there are restaurants at the resort but also great food options in Aptos in the surrounding area. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

We absolutely love staying at seascape and love this unit!! Spacious full kitchen and very bright!

Wonderful location, beautiful beach area. Room was very clean but where our room was located was very noisy due to many vehicles driving by.

There is no washer/dryer as listed on the property amenities, kitchen is poorly stocked and location is very noisy

Loved the place but parking is a challenge.

Would love to return. The small shopping center across the street was all we needed for our supplies. Walking distance to the beach was so convenient. The swimming pool was pretty warm so that was a nice surprise. The condo itself has been well cared for. Everything was perfect, thank you!
