L'appartement était top, nous avons beaucoup apprécié passer du temps dans cet appartement.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé et très propre. La terrasse est immense et très agréable. Le quartier est sympathique, on y trouve de nombreux commerces et le métro est à 5 minutes à pieds. Nous avons reçu un accueil formidable. Un grand merci!

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans l'appartement de Kristjan y Ana. Le contact téléphonique a été très sympathique, le choix des horaires de depart et d'arrivée n'a posé aucun problème. L'appartement est propre, moderne, grand, fonctionnel (grands placards + cellier) et très bien équipé (idéal pour 2 familles de 3): pot pour bébé, chaise haute, micro-onde, four, lave-vaisselle (avec les pastilles de lessive), dans un quartier calme, avec des parcs pour enfants, des supermarchés, la poste au pied de l'immeuble, et la station de métro à 5 min à pied pour aller rapidement dans le centre-ville. La grande terrasse est un vrai plus tant pour laisser les enfants jouer que pour se détendre entre amis. Bref, nous y repartirions avec plaisir! Un grand merci pour tout!

Service on the high level. Quick answers and help in everything that we needed. The place well communicated with all places in Barcelona. A quiet, peaceful and safe place. A welcoming person surprised us with her openness, practical advice related to public transport, turist attractions and gastronomic premises. She was helpful all the time.

Kristjan and Ana's place provides great accommodations: the place is ideal for a small group like us (4 people). It is comfortable, spacious, clean, and with complete amenities. The area is quiet and safe and near the train station. We were lucky to arrive during the fiesta and witnessed the parade with gigantes and brass band. We enjoyed our stay very much. Good value for money and will surely recommend to friends.

L'alloggio di Kristjan e Ana è situato in un quartiere molto carino e tranquillo, ben servito da mezzi pubblici (autobus e metro a 5 min a piedi) e da servizi (farmacia e supermercato davanti alla casa stessa). In 10/15 minuti, con i mezzi pubblici si arriva nelle zone turistiche. L'appartamento è più bello di quanto appaia in foto, è grande e confortevole, con aria condizionata centralizzata. Al nostro arrivo era molto pulito e profumato. Kristjan e Ana sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato varie informazioni sulla città e ci hanno accolto molto cordialmente. Insomma, alloggio in cui tornerei molto volentieri!

I stayed at the flat with a group of friends for a 5 day holiday. The apartment was really nice, and the terrace in particular is great. Krisjan and Ana were very friendly and helpful, picking us up in their car when there was a taxi strike and leaving beers in the fridge. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous apartment and so well set up for travelling with kids. Great to have a comfortable port a cot. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

Our stay at this apartment was really awesome. Maite, the hosts sister was really helpful and easy to reach and the flat was amazing. Enough space for everybody, kitchen is equiped really good and the terrace is a perfect place to hang out. It´s not in the center, but for visitors who know Barcelona already and look for something more relaxed in a more authentic neighboorhood - this is the place. Supermarkets and nice catalan bars and restaurants are just across the street, Metro with a direct line to plaza catalunya just a few minutes to walk.

The apartment is located in a quiet location but with good access to public transport. Equipment of the apartment is very good, we lacked for nothing and to this huge terrace - the perfect place to relax in the sun Barcelona! The rooms are clean and spacious, two bathrooms. Hosts very nice and helpful in case of questions. I would recommend! !

The apartment was great, very spacious, very modern and quiet, with a fantastic large courtyard. It's in a nice neighborhood with lots to see just a couple of subway stops away. Definitely recommend it!!

Thanx to Ana and Kristjan, they were great hosts, very friendly, always on call if we needed anything. We loved this place. Even at the end of October we were able to have dinners outside on the terrace. The terrace is huge, lots of playground for the kids. Great help was the washer, dryer and dishwasher (since we were two families there). Easy to stay 9 people in this apartment. Metro stops for Orange, Blue or Red line like 7 minutes walking distance. Til the Rambler / Diagonal is like 9 stops (10-15 minutes). Around the building are lots of restaurants, Fruit stores. Right next door and right across the street are huge grocery stores. Very convenient. Would definitely love to stay here again next time.

We were four friends and stayed for three fantastic days here. Kristjan and Ana were just great! They were really helpful and flexible with our arrival. I know the maximum is 5 stars, but I would seriously give the apartment 10 stars. We were all very impressed about it and actually asked ourselves why are hotels still a thing, when you can rent something like this instead!
