This hotel is within a few minutes walk to the train station and to the Glyptotek Museum (my reason for going to Copenhagen). It is extremely comfortable in a modern architectural idiom. There are some larger rooms on the upper floors, although mine was small, but very well designed and quite comfortable with everything I needed including a great view from a big window. There is no restaurant, but there is a cafe on the street level with sandwiches and salads, and a really wonderful breakfast room on the top floor with a terrace all around with spectacular views over the city along with a generous, very high quality, and diverse breakfast. While this might not qualify as a "luxury hotel" by some standards I found it to be quite luxurious, well located, and with an exceptionally high value for money paid. Helpful, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, excellent location make this a really outstanding place to stay.

I did not like that I had to leave after only three nights to go to Amsterdam to see the Van Gogh museum. It also rained most of the time I was there even though I offered to pay a premium for sunny skies. The weather is better in the summer, fall and winter tend to be cold and rainy. Amsterdam was worse...

Small bathroom, but its ok for one person

Superb proximity to the train station, food and attractions. Very convenient check in process. Rooms were clean and comfortable for a short stay, good value for money.

Rooms were quite small and there was a lot of noise from a club nearby that persisted until midnight on a Sunday night. The rooms didn't have good soundproofing which made the noise very audible inside.

Room was small but modern and comfy. Pillows helped my TMJ tremendously. Great bed. Hotel is located in central and safe area, close to major attractions. Will certainly visit again!

The overall idea of hair & body wash dispenser is great, but quality was poor, I’m afraid. I really missed normal hotel toiletries.

Good location (close to the main station), clean and comfortable rooms and despite being near a busy road, the building is well insulated and not noisy at all. The breakfast was perfectly good, with an excellent view.

No criticism really, just the breakfast could’ve had a bit more choice.

The property was in a great location for Copenhagen, everything is within walking distance.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable with only the 1 pillow provided.

They were very accommodating with the slightly early check in and , location is good and price is good as well .
