Nur 1 Sessel im Zimmer, Fenster ließen sich nicht ganz öffnen, in der Nacht SEHR laut, Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, Minibar war leer.

Viešbučio personalas arogantiškas. Nesigilina į poreikius ir neįstengia viešnagės padaryti kuo geresnės. Kambaryje ant baldų pilna dulkių, po remonto yra likusių dažų taškelių, kuriuos įprasta nuvalyti. To gali tikėtis 3* viešbutyje, bet ne šiame. Garsas nuo traukinių stoties viršutiniuose aukštuose girdimas ir neleidžia gerai pailsėti. Lubos kambaryje labai žemos.

Fantastisk personal. Tacksamma för uppgradering pga anledningen varför vi var där. Magisk utsikt. Bra frukost. Centralt.

Rören till handfatet var vända. Kallt vatten på det varma å varmt på det kalla. Även riktigt dålig säng. Meddelade detta å man lovade att fixa men hände inget. Dåligt tätat vid dörr mot annan svit så grannarna hördes tydligt.

Everything about this hotel is perfection. The extra touches make it special. It's a 5 minute walk to the main train & metro station, Tivoli Gardens are just opposite along with many bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was fantastic although a little expensive and not included in the room rate (£30 pp) The room was spacious with a great view of the city (room 916), the bed was very comfortable, plenty of toiletries and a proper hairdryer (not one of those annoying mini ones). Overall an excellent stay and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

We were told the bar closed at midnight but when we returned at 11.40pm the bar staff told us they were closing up and would not serve us. A beer in the hotel would have just finished our evening perfectly so it did spoil it a little. Only minor but we asked the closing time so we could get back in time.

Everything was 10/10. Huge room and bathroom. Bathroom was very pretty with very big shower and mirror. Bed was comfortable and huge. Great city view. Staff was kind and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Room service :( We ordered 2 meals and both of them was not good. Housekeepers didn't take our order until we told them to. Also the check-in was at 15:00 which is pretty late in my opinion.

Excellent location opposite Central Station. Staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly, from reception staff to those at breakfast.

Beim Zimmer im 13.Stock lag einem Kopenhagen zu Füßen- das war wunderbar. Und ruhig, obwohl zentral. Es gab ein großes, gemütliches Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war großartig, das Personal sehr höflich.

Wenn man in einem Designmuseum übernachtet, muss man wohl auch Abstriche in Kauf nehmen. Das Bad war funktional, aber sehr klein.

Smallest, coldest room known to man, toilet leaked everywhere, all over bathroom floor, they sent maintenance up, no cleaner or follow up or room move offered.

Lovely breakfast, great location, and the room was clean and well equipped, the shower was great.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado: ao lado do Parque Tivoli e bem acessível para as principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Embora um pouco antigo, o prédio é muito bem conservado e as instalações muito bem cuidadas. Uma opção excelente para explorar Copenhagem.

Nenhum ponto nos desagradou. Apenas para comentar algo, um problema que é quase unanimidade em hotéis europeus das mais diversas categorias: a divisão entre o box (nesse caso com banheira) e o restante do banheiro que não é completa e sempre acaba deixando molhar as demais áreas d banheiro sempre que alguém toma banho.

The Iconic place when you are a Design fervent. Close to the railway station and a few steps from Tivoli gardens . The rooms are large and the view awesome ! I was on the 18th floor .

There is no Spa ! Just a Sauna in the changing rooms and the men one was out of order for the weekend. The gym is huge because it is an independent one linked to the hotel . It should have been noticed this way on the description.

The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the room is quite spacious and comfortable. The possibility of visiting the original room by Arne Jacobsen was amazing.

The hotel façade leaks madly. It dripped onto the windowsill throughout the entire night. Unable to resolve the issue due to conservation restrictions, they even advise guests not to leave anything near the window. I left a T-shirt, and it got soaked.
