This comfortable bungalow is charming, clean and close to Santos Mt Biking, Silver Springs kayaking, historical downtown. We love the craftsman details. This was our second stay, and hope to be back.

The house is comfortable and space used wisely; however, there is a lack of space for hanging clothing. There are no bedroom closets but there was an antique armoire in the master and a hall closet.
The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking, even had a few spices. The ice maker is broken which isn’t a large problem but would have been nice to know beforehand so I could pick up a bag of ice when I arrived.
The outdoor spaces really shine at this property. The front porch was inviting and lovely on a rainy day. The back yard was cozy and cute with vintage string lights and seating area; perfect for dining al fresco.
Unfortunately, there is a neighbor with a loud motorcycle that roars to life each morning. Thankfully it wasn’t much of a nuisance for us as we were heading to WEC early each day.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.

This hour was even nicer than the photos show. It had so very many thoughtful details. Plus it is right by the beautiful Ocala historic district. So fun to see all the gorgeous old, stately homes.

The inside is absolutely gorgeos and perfect layout for our family of 3 (teen, myself and hubby). The outside is an absolute dream! Covered front porch with perfect seating for 4+. The outdoor dining area is surrounded by an ivy covered wall, large trees, and a lovely little garden nook. Private and quiet. Absolutely will rent again for the next horse show!

This property is more charming than the pictures could ever capture. Our only regret was not having enough time to enjoy the amenities. Cool weather prevented us from enjoying the front porch swing or lighted back patio. Our only disappointment was that we look for properties with a grill, which this one has. However it needs an overhaul and so we could not use it. The kitchen was fully stocked and marvelous to cook in. A wonderful walk to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

This bungalow was just as advertized and the photos were spot on. Very beautifully updated with losts of extras. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was perfect for a Sunday afternoon football game. We were not familiar with Ocala but this historic district neighborhood was a charming plus. We felt very safe here and strolling the downtown area.

Was in town for 4 nights for a horse show at the FL Horse Park. The cottage was 9 easy miles away and in the heart of the “residential” Downtown. Updated kitchen & bathrooms with fabulous tub! Lovely courtyard for dinner and front porch for morning coffee. Highly recommend the cottage for 2-4 guests.

This place is really quite wonderful. Very clean and nicely appointed - high end kitchen and bathrooms, lovely open plan, and spectacular covered front porch. We were thrilled throughout our 2 week stay. Even met owner - very nice guy. We’ll absolutely rent this gem again.

Beautiful house - great location.
Love this house - wish we lived there. Immaculately clean and well furnished. Back porch and yard is like a little private retreat.
Good restaurants about a mile away down at the "square". We had two fun filled days Zip Lining at the Canyons and glass bottom boat tour at Silver Springs.

Flea problem
This property deserves a 5. It is adorable, great location, and it was clean….. the problem was it was infested with fleas. We had fleas jumping on us everywhere except the bed. The owner did have it sprayed the next morning after we reported it. The side yard was sprayed the day after. The fleas were still there although not nearly as bad. The owner did have the property manager drop off two bottles of wine as a consolation. We paid for 5 nights but couldn’t take it any longer. We checked a out a day early, no reimbursement offered. I’m sure they will get it under control with more visits from the exterminator.

Great House: Close to Downtown, Mountain Biking, and Springs
Staid here with a friend of mine when we came to town to ride the local mountain biking trails. The house is very nicely appointed. The kitchen is the best equipped one I've ever staid in for a rental. Downtown is easy walking distance from the house, but there is ample hang out space on the patio if you chose to stay in . Great covered front porch for sitting out a rainstorm with a cup of coffee.

Hiking Holiday
The house was exactly as depicted. It was very comfortable, easy to travel from to where we were going, and a wonderful break from being at home even though we cooked almost every meal at the house due to Covid and trying to be safe. Come prepared to sign into your Spectrum account IF you want to utilize your own cable company to get local channels. We were very happy with our choice.

Beautiful and Comfortable
My family loved our stay and would definitely return! The kitchen is equipped nice quality items, and I had no trouble preparing meals for my family. It is hard to tell from the pictures, but the TV in the livingroom is nice and large. The house kept nice and cool, and the beds were comfortable with extra blankets that came in handy when we had one child sleep in the livingroom. My husband did some working from home and the second bedroom had a office table perfect for that and the internet worked well. My kids enjoyed hunting for lizards in the beautiful front yard.
We stayed here so we could visit the natural springs located in Ocala National Forest and some others located to the east. If you are planning a trip like that, then this house is a great central location for that purpose.

We came to Ocala to enjoy the Santos bike trails and this house was a great place to stay while we were there. The house has been updated but still with the historic feel. The house had everything we needed!

Ocala Quaint Property
This house is adorable and well appointed, and in a fabulous location. We stayed here for an equestrian event. Evolve, as the property management company, however; was simply awful. They continue to be unresponsive to processing our refund for days night used due to COVID mandated cancelleations, and they do not answer their customer service number. We've been calling for 2 months to get our refund and they continue to hang up after 1-2 hour hold times. We got 1 email suggesting they would issue the refund, and they've yet to do it 9 weeks later. If you want to book this property, recommend going through a different agency that Evolve.

Style and Comfort
Was pleasantly surprised by this historic home with modern upgrades. Comfortable, walking distance to historic district and good food, nice sleeping arrangements, and good heating and cooling management. The bathroom with tub and 2 shower sprays was wonderful. Would stay here again if we return to Ocala.

Splendid historic cottage!
This cottage is so gorgeously modern despite being built in 1928. It has a fantastic bath and kitchen with white granite and white tile to make everything bright and shiny clean. Lots of utensils, pots, pans, etc. owner thought of everything! It was a luxury stay.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-appointed home. The decor and furnishings in this historic home were charming and comfortable. We had fun exploring historic Ocala, Silver Springs, and Rainbow Springs. We enjoyed seeing the different types of architecture as we walked in the peaceful, historic neighborhood each evening. We slept great in the comfortable been in this quiet neighborhood.
