The property, the grounds, the house are not only immaculate but it’s also really fun. From our driver O’Neil who took care of 8 of us for 10 days, to the management, to the staff…5 star treatment! Miss Barbara and Miss Norma rocked it in the kitchen…Miss Diane made sure house was well taken care of and Ricardo constantly working to keep the grounds and the pool beautiful (he also made sure we had drinks in our hands) The staff made our trip an unforgettable memory..we would come back to this property for another amazing vacation in a heartbeat 💗

This property is simply fabulous. The decor is unmatched, and the amenities are unbelievable. The staff were courteous and demonstrated excellence in all of the services they offered. The chef is exceptional and created authentic Jamaican dishes that were delicious. Our family had the time of our lives and will definitely return!

Tremendous residence, and location. Wonderful staff of four who are included in the rental price. My group of 13 family members all loved the house staff, it became one large family. I have rented 7 large homes over 25 years and this was the best overall experience.

I rented this villa going off the pictures and the overall rating it received however; my experience wasn’t what I expected. First, I didn’t have any correspondence with the owner until days prior to my trip even with booking over six months in advance. The owner reached out the day when if I decided to cancel my booking I would only receive half of my money or even no money. They were several things that didn’t work inside of the house including the main refrigerator and the living room air conditioning systems. One of the bedroom tv didn’t work and was infected with water bugs. When these concerns were brought up to the owner he stated and I will quote “ this is a third country”. Just returned from a girls trip over Presidents’ Day weekend. The five of us had an amazing time at Crystal Cove. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous with every room having a different amazing feature or vibe. Some of the rooms were more rustic and some were hotel quality. We spent many lazy hours by the gorgeous infinity pool and relaxing around the fire pit. The only hiccup are some plumbing issues that have been mentioned In other reviews as well. One of the showers did not get warm or hot water at all during our entire stay. After the first two days the hot tub didn’t work which was quite disappointing. On the very last morning, before we were set to leave for the airport, three out of the five showers were not working at all. We were told that this was due to a main being shut off for repairs on the street. One other small hiccup was some cutting of corners with service by the house manager. Basically if we didn’t know to ask for some thing it wasn’t offered. For example there were no cushions on the very plentiful outdoor furniture on the property. We did find this strange but just assumed that they weren’t available. When the owner came by to see how our visit was going he was surprised when we mentioned that it would’ve been nice to have cushions. Surprised because he said there were cushions for all the seating. He called out to the house manager who explained that all of the cushions had “blown away in the breeze“. All of us, including the owner, were a bit suspicious of this explanation. There was also a speaker that was brought out for the first time on the very last night that we could connect our phones to for music. It would’ve been nice to have had this speaker from the very start. However, what made up for these short cuts in service was more than made up for by the unbelievable chef at Crystal Cove. Although she’s very serious she certainly takes her job seriously she is actually very sweet and kind and thoughtful.She is an extremely talented chef and made some absolutely spectacular meals for us. But besides that, she went above and beyond and because we loved her food so much she prepared extra homemade jerk marinade, jerk sauce and various other items and packed them in five individual packages for us to take home. Her food and thoughtfulness outshined any other issues that we may have had. All in all an absolutely amazing time. Thank you so much to Crystal Cove, we will definitely be back next year!

Booked this home about a year in advance for 11 adults - (couples/singles) - first the good stuff - you’re in a house but it feels more like a resort - there is a main house that has 3 bedrooms and then 3 separate houses - all of which have a private bathroom and cold A/C - it literally sits on the ocean so you can hop in and out very easily - the house has some cool amenities like a floating trampoline and water slide - in addition to that the house comes staffed with 4 key people - Chefs Tenisha & Norma, Housekeeper Diane and Grounds Man Delroy - these 4 truly add to the experience at Crystal Cove - food was always prepared and there was plenty of tasty options at each meal, rooms were cleaned very quickly and the outside pool/jacuzzi were also always tended to. Now the bad - leading up to the trip my point of communication was Jordan but when we got there, a lady named Lezell was my point of contact - upon arrival she wasn’t there - by the time she arrived, we’d already walked the property- as a house manager she should’ve been ther to greet us when we arrived - once she did arrive we asked questions about some of the functions of the house like the outside speakers, the light over the fire pit, things the house manager should know - instead of her saying let me find out, she deferred to “they don’t work” - it wasn’t until Delroy came to the house that the outside stuff worked as advertised- additional things came up throughout the stay, we would ask her questions but she would send us to the staff - so for our stay, she was of no use.The consistency of the hot water was an issue for all the rooms and hot tub - our last two nights the hot tub didn’t work - that was a bummer - I think everyone said their showers were either cold or lukewarm.The amount of money you need for food and transportation was much more than Jordan estimated - so for 5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 4 dinners for 11 adults we spent $1600 USD - the house will provide you with a menu but we found it to be easier to give the chefs a budget, tell them your food allergies and then just allow them to cook for you - you’ll get authentic Jamaican cuisine!The house has a guy that provides transportation for them - from the airport it was about $40pp - trips in town ranged from $15-$30 per person, per trip - he was awesome and always on time but that is an additional place where you need lots of cash. Overall - the good far outweighed the bad - this property is a gem!

The integration of the amazing exterior with the overall property and with it being literally ON the ocean with so many spots to sit and talk, take in the sun or simply watch the oceans beauty... Crystal Cove is a beyond a safe choice for a vacation! The accommodations are wonderful with each bedroom having adequate sleeping accommodations AND attached bathrooms most of which are a pleasure in and of themselves. The Puss house is a unique experience with an amazing view. The Master Suite deck is a wonderful place to rest, listen to all that is going on and catchup with your latest book. The Octopus house is wonderful and spacious (ask early on how to make the shower work) and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The Dog House is a fun quiet location that makes up for the lack of a view in its "unique" design. The staff was amazing (and quickly managed the rare issues) with the chefs preparing amazing meals (let them help with your menu!!), housekeeping never missing a beat and responding so quickly to all requests, and the grounds crew always willing to help out with launching kayaks, paddle boards while constantly keeping tabs on the exterior cleanliness. The driver is simply amazing and can provide tips and tricks to anywhere that you would like to go. He's friendly beyond compare and never misses a beat with large groups. Overall, a top tier property with staff to make your vacation what you want it to be. We can't say enough about the chef's... they provided amazing local traditional meals (Ackee & Saltfish, Sorrel Punch) as well as helping us to keep one of our traditional holiday meal streaks alive (over 50 years). It was a a trip to remember for all of us!

It’s as beautiful as u see it on pictures. I had a group of 9 and we had so much space and a beautiful time and the chefs where great cooks , our driver was great and honest about everything and the whole staff took good care of us . Need to book our trip back there again

This property is amazing! We were a party of 10, 4 adults, 5 teen agers (15-17) an 8 year old and everyone love it. We had planned on doing several excursions but everyone loved the property so much we spent most of our time there, snorkeling, kayaking, sliding into the ocean, playing board games etc. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and the chef's cooking is wonderful. Can't wait for our next visit.

We just returned from a lovely couple’s getaway at Crystal Cove. We were a group of 5 couples, several of us celebrating our 20th wedding anniversaries. The villa is situated over crystal clear turquoise water where we swam and snorkeled during the day. The outdoor areas are well laid out and plentiful. We spent all day outside, enjoying the hot tub, swimming, playing games, reading and relaxing. The lanai over near the waterslide is especially cool and comfortable. There were a few hiccups regarding the hot tub not working, but the staff got it repaired as quickly as they could. There was also a misunderstanding regarding the cost of food, but Jordan was able to clear that up. Just be aware that groceries in Jamaica are more expensive than in the States, and it ran us about $250 per couple for food for a week ($1250 for 10 of us - but some of that expense was because of a gluten allergy, which is always more expensive). It’s actually not a bad price at all, but our initial expectations were for a lower amount, which led to us needing to accompany the chef to the grocery store for more food, and having to figure out money among us, neither of which any of us wanted to do while on vacation. It wound up not being that big of a deal, but I just wish we would have paid a lot more up front for groceries so that we wouldn’t have had to even think about it. All that aside, the staff was wonderful and took really great care of us. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have A/C in all of our rooms. All in all, it was an unforgettable week, and we are very grateful.

Crystal Cove was the perfect location for our family vacation. The property is beautiful and has so much to offer. We didn't hear the words "I'm bored" the entire week! What made our stay extraordinary was the staff. They were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, and talented. Every single aspect of our stay was handled promptly and professionally. I can't say enough about how amazing everyone was. It was like having the perks of a resort with the privacy and comfort of home. We are already talking about our next visit!

I selected Crystal Cove Villa to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. The villa truly lived up to our expectations. The property is well maintained. The scenery is spectacular! And staff are so welcome, fun and very sweet. They even sang me a birthday song and made me a birthday card! We ate very well during our stay because the chef is a great cook! We were all very comfortable in our rooms and spent a lot of our time at the villa exploring the water: kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing on the water trampoline. I even saw a stingray! It was not harmful at all. Jordan, the property manager was easily accessible and very understanding. The owner Arthur, heard that the ladies were craving coconut water and he brought us coconuts for breakfast!! I really enjoyed myself and I am so glad that I selected Crystal Cove Villa to host our group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Crystal Cove Villa. There was an ongoing problem with the jacuzzi. The owner was aware and tried very hard to fix the problem, but they were never able to address it. Otherwise everything was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Few things actually live up to expectations. This is one of those times it happened. The villa itself is tucked behind a couple of condominium complexes. The Asian influence is readily seen in the gates and architecture of the building. The concierge, Lisezle, the chef, Ms. Christie, the housekeeper, Diane, and the gardener, Sean, were all there to greet us once we arrived. Lisezle toured us around the villa showing us one impressive room after another. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. My wife and I selected the master bedroom on the second floor of the main house because it had a veranda that overlooked the grape tree and ocean. The other couple we were with selected the Puss House. The Puss House is a standalone building with a bed suspended by ropes with a space in the floor where you can view the waves coming in on the rocks below. The bathroom attached to the Puss House is outdoors, so if you are uncomfortable with that, you can use the extra bathroom in the main house. The grounds are gorgeous by both day and night. The pool is a small L shaped pool with an infinity ledge. It is a single depth and easy to stand in. We spent many hours in the pool watching the local fisherman and the boats from the Sandal Ochi come and go. I enjoyed the slide into the ocean, but it is better to land in seated position as the water is somewhat shallow at the bottom. I would recommend water shoes in the ocean due to spots of sea grass where spiky creatures live. The villa comes with a standup paddleboard and several kayaks. I truly can’t say enough about Ms. Christie and her cooking. She tried very hard to make each meal special and tasty. I am an early riser and I would talk with her every morning and I got to know this lovely person quite a bit. Many reviews say that a person was like family by the end of the vacation, I can honestly say that about Ms. Christie. Lisezle handled all of the grocery purchases during our stay and coordinated the trips away from the villa. Diane was always pleasant and helpful. She handled turning on the waterfall in the pool or lighting the fire pit. During our stay, Jordan, came by to offer to coordinate sight-seeing trips or activities. It was a nice touch to have one of the family stop by to ensure that we were settled and being well attended. As our week wound down, we often spoke of returning as soon as possible. Crystal cove is a picture perfect, truly amazing oceanfront property. Our group of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids, stayed wonderful 5 days. Ives, Dwight, Shawn and Dion took great care of us at this tropical paradise. Thank you for a memorable experience.

We had a great week at the crystal cove villa. Arthur is a very friendly and accommodating host and the staff are wonderful and cook some amazing meals. Beautiful setting right on the water and conveniently located to local attractions like Blue Home, Dunn’s River Falls, Mystic Mountain, etc.

We stayed at Crystal Cove for a week in December, 2017.  Arthur and Evette were very helpful in communicating before our stay to help us with arranging transportation, tours and pre stocking.  They even helped to arrange delivery of roses to the villa for my wife’s birthday which can sometimes be difficult on an island.  All arrangements were perfectly carried out and Arthur even had a birthday cake arranged for my wife at one of the restaurants we dined out in.  We had a party of 12 made up of 6 couples.  There are a total of 6 bedrooms on property.  There are three separate free standing suites - all with private bathrooms on the property.  The main villa house also has three separate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a full bathroom off the living area.   The outdoor living at this property is amazing - there is a beautiful grill area, a large dining table that we all fit at, an outdoor fire pit in a sunken area over the water, an infinity edge pool, an overwater relaxing net area, a large hot tub, a water slide into the ocean and an overwater trampoline.    There are many loungers and also an outdoor bar behind the water slide.   The property has access directly to beautiful clear water for swimming or floating.   There is not a beach per say but I never missed having one because of how nice this waterfront property is and how well the design allows for experiencing the beautiful water and sun in Jamaica.  We were thrilled to meet the house staff including Ives the chef, her daughter Kim, Diane who helped keep everything clean including the beach towels, and Sean who manages the grounds and helped take care of any issues we had during our stay.  They all were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we were enjoying our stay.  All of the meals were delicious and it was nice to enjoy some relaxing evenings at the villa.   Breakfast was a daily highlight served outdoors and coffee was ready early each morning.   I would highly recommend this villa to others.   It was truly helpful to have one contact to arrange all activities.   Arthur lives on island nearby and stopped by several times to make sure everything was going well during our stay.   The one suggestion I would make to someone coming to Jamaica as this was my first trip is to make sure you bring plenty of cash.  Many transactions where we are used to using credit cards in the US were not readily available and make sure to bring broken bills due to lack of change.
