noise from the retic at 05:00 in the morning, front blinds don’t completely close - large gap at the end and people can see in. Had a mouse in the unit, would come out at all times, was scratching inside the walls often at night time.

Not as described. Torn flywire. No kitchen or sink to wash up in. Plastic bowl provided for this! Refrigerator need defrosting. 1 old an outdated room. No ironing board. old iron in cupboard. Bedding and linen poor quality. They also charged a laundry fee. We expected a self catering unit with cooking facilities and a kitchen sink at the very least. We got an old microwave oven. Air conditioner stuck on 18 degrees. Hot room unairconditioned when we arrived on a very hot day. They asked not to be contacted on the weekend. lots of paper work not much delivery. They aslo asked for a bond!! Have spoken to a representative since but they seemed totally disinterested to hear what we had to say.

Was a cute little spot for just to two of us

Major cobwebs and lots of bugs in light shades. No where to was the dishes. Would have preferred a mini kitchenette than a spa bath. Would have preferred to be able to call a line rather than wait for a call back.

Close to shops and restaurants and beaches.

Not enough toiletries. Only one rubbish bag. No kitchen sink to wash dishes. The switch wasn’t working for the fan in bathroom, needs to be fixed. The main door wouldn’t close properly very hard to lock the main door needs to be fixed as well. the corners on the flooring were old. No patio and cloths line like the other apartments overall the villa needs a bit of maintenance.

This property meet our needs for a one week stay

Retic coming on at 5 am causing water noise inside unit makink it impossible to sleep Fly wire door screen badly needs replacing to stop Moxie's.

Located close to town centre. Very comfortable king size bed.

It was really run down! Shabby for the price. Online photo is of its original glory.

Room was very tired, not very clean. Needs a good refurb. Limited facilities. Had to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink! Very rusty old laundry rack. Doors and window frames very dirty and dusty

Close to beasy street

The front door flyscreen had holes in it and there was a lot of mosquitoes that could get inside. The fridge freezer was frosted so badly we had to defrost before being able to use it. The crockery that we were told would be there was not, luckily we had some with us.

If you're going to Exmouth, hire a campervan and stay in Cape Range National Park!

Calls itself a "villa", but it's a disappointing motel room. Uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows, shabby room with broken blinds, cobwebs, cracked plaster, moth filled light shades. Wore thongs in the shower as the floor was filthy. Glass door, but no openable windows in the room, only one openable window in the bathroom. Only one breakfast bowl, and one wine glass, expected to wash dishes in a plastic tub; no tea or coffee, only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper provided (for two people for a three night booking). On a busy road, truck and bus traffic from 5:30am.

Very run down apartment. Wasn't ready when we arrived AFTER check in time. Entry was filthy.

Size was ample for two adults and location including car parking space was good.

Very basic, cabin like amenities. It needs a good clean…ceilings were filled with cobwebs, there was a dead cockroach on the floor and dirty tissue under the bed.

The property was so dirty we had to clean it before we could even take our stuff in the shower didn’t work the bed look like it made by three-year-old and every all the dishes were wet and smelly in the cupboard would’ve been more sanitary to stay at the local tip but not recommend this property

The property was excellent for a couple who needed a good base after a day enjoying in nature.

Good location and complex. Awesome aircon. Enough space for 2 people. Fridge was a bonus and even though we didnt use it there was a spa bath as well as separate shower I knew that it was a studio when we i booked so i knew what to expect but for other travellers, note there is no kitchen. They do provide you with a BBQ you can use outside and a tub to wash dishes in. We never use it as we ate out all the time, but i did see other reviews of people saying that. But the advert is very clear, so there really isnt a reason to complain about it.

We are clean people so we did these things automatically but, the clean up list before you leave is a little excessive such as Sweep and clean floors, wipe fridge, take bins out daily etc. I know some people might think that is a bit much if they are in "holiday mode" and feel that they've paid a cleaning fee for a reason.
