This was advertised as a 2 bedroom property and the second bed room was in the lounge kitchen area offering no privacy to a mixed group. There was no cooking facilities as advertised.

It was spacious, and is located in the centre of town.

It was advertised as 2 bedrooms, but it is 1 bedroom plus a bed in the lounge. To get in/out of the one bedroom you have to go through the bathroom, which is awkward when someone is staying in the lounge. The toaster didn't work. There is no cooktop or oven, just a plug in hot plate. The BBQ is for 1 person. The little patio looks at a car park. The neighbour (permanent resident) is cranky.

nothing . it wax supposed to be 2 bedroom one double bed in the kitchen area the second room wax though the toilet and shower so if someone was having a shower etc the person in the bedroom couldn’t get out .

all of it . it had mice which came out at night looking for food needless to say we had to put everything in the fridge. there were mouse traps with no bait. I could go on and on but nothing willing change .

good location.

very awkward design with bathroom in middle of the two rooms, making it difficult whenever anyone needed to use the toilet or take a shower. our room also had a mouse problem, making it difficult to keep food as the mouse (mice?) would get into it every night.

The lack of contact with the owner. The lack of flexibility with cancellation.

Close to the city center, everything is nearby.

Location was central. Space for our trailer and troopie! No ocean views, but that’s a 2 minute drive away so that’s cool. Pubs all around. Neighbours friendly (mostly). Playing spot the gekko....

Shower a bit small but still worked. Walls a bit thin.

Fantastic location, good amenities and a nice place to stay

A dryer would be handy, but understandably not often needed in Exmouth (except it rained when we were there).
