A very nice, luxury well equipped tastefully decorated and clean apartment with spectacular mountain views. Efficient management service and top quality facilities with a great Spa area and a good sized pool. I will book to stay longer next time!

The concierge only works half days

The building itself and the view were nice BUT that in no way makes up for the worst experience ever with renting a holiday apartment . The most luxurious thing about the appartment is the rental price.

Old, very small beds and matraces, very poor equipped kitchen (i.e. not one sharp knife, worn out dishes and pans, no blender,... ), rather small living room, broken (and not enough) furniture on the balcony, fire pit in the common room downstairs only that is used by everybody in the whole building and the worst thing: a super rude housekeeper that treated us as if we were criminals rather than customers who paid a fortune for 4 nights. He obviously hates kids. We ended up staying 3 nights only as we just couldn't stand being treated that way. We weren't offered a refund. If you have kids avoid staying. There's a small pool in the basement, but they don't really want to have kids there. They would not explicitly say it, but treat you accordingly.. . Never again!
