Check in was fast and easy.

Room very basic. Breakfast was supposed to be included but during my 28 days there us was offered 3 times. It was good. Needed real towels not the little micro fibre things provided. I am returning to the area next year for 3 months, I was shown several nicer rooms but they did not provid a price. After seeing the upgraded rooms was enemy more disappointed with min

Bathroom has a lot of mold. Fixtures are pitted and corroded. Toilet water questionable in color. NO SAFE FOR VALUABLES. Menu in room for local restaurant which is closed. Why have menu? 20 minute walk into town which is OK during day but risky at night as roads are bad and no street lighting Only get 2 flimsy towels.

Carlos and the other staff were very helpful and always available to answer questions. The service was in English and Spanish which was great.

The breakfast were generally good but they only had a choice of three different entrees so after third breakfast it is just a repeat.

Room had no chairs to sit on so only watching Tv(which only had Spanish speaking stations) from uncomfortable beds that are only double beds not queens, patio area outside room was right in front of air conditioner fan, no hot water then when it did work you had to turn the water on for approximately 10-15 minutes before hot water came out, light on all night in front of room windows,needed sleep mask to go to sleep. I also blame booking.com for not checking these hotels out this is a 2 star hotel at best.

Location to Beach and town all within walking distance. No taxied needed. Morning breakfast good. Bathroom Showers and sinks good. AC cooled normally. Comfortable beds.

Bath towels although clean had stains of a unknown substance. We asked the front desk for blankets and only sheets are provided. Small kitchen with limited pots, pans and utensils. No fresh drinking water provided. Not all windows completely closed. Rooms are not sound proof.

The people working in this hotel are very nice and helpful. The younger guy recommend us one hike and we loved it. Tv and internet worked well. Also small parking in front of the hotel was good for us.

The bathroom was not cleaned well, bed sheets and towels were stained. The room smelled like humidity. I think the whole hotel needs some renovation and fixing so its worthy the price. Definitely we slept in better hotels for a cheaper price during our trip.

I waited for around one hour to get my breakfast. Breakfast only include one single drink, coffee or juice.
