Solo la hubicacion del Hotel, es un hotel grande, buena apariencia y el acceso a la playa

La comida, muy poca y sin variedad, llegaba una hora antes al restaurant y ya se habia terminado la comida, si sacaban mas muy poquito, a la hora que cerraban el Restaurant, a esa hora te corrian de ahi, no habia suficiente refresco jugos aguas, todo se acababa muy rapido, y el muchacho de la plancha, nunca estaba, le tenias que gritar en la cocina para que te atendiera, ya ni en el mercado, bueno...el de los tacos de afuera del Hotel te atendia mejor y habia suficiente comida para toda su clientela....

La comida esta super rica y el personal de los restaurantes y bares super atento

El olor a drenaje por la cantidad de personas que es medio cochina pero no es culpa del hotel

I didn’t like that the shower would clog when showering also the water was way too salty and towels were so old the beds were not comfortable the staff wasn’t friendly just in the restaurant two staff were really friendly and those are the two I gave a tip too but overall it was ok

The only great part about this place was the beachfront location and the staff was very friendly.

The entire hotel needs a renovation. Everything is outdated. The beds were not comfortable. The food was not that good.

location, garden /grounds,close proximity to beach and Main Street, employees in general.

Food and drinks were sub par, language barrier and communication, had to change rooms as original room not as booked and had mechanical issues, entertainment too loud and to long of duration, lack of security in room, safe not secure,door hardware/ locks non existent or sub par, cockroaches in hallways each morning.

Staff was excellent

Wifi was only in lobby and the bar. Bed only had sheets no blankets or bed spread. Ocean view room had no ocean view. Asked to upgrade to an actual ocean view room but was told it was not possible. Not enough beach chairs under the cabanas property was using plastic patio chairs to replace beach chairs and they would sink into the sand. FOOD WAS WAY BELOW OUR EXPECTATION. ALL POSSIBLE CORNERS WERE BEING CUT. Even the orange juce was being watered down.

service, you pay for all inclusive but they limit you on your portion. if you have children they must get there own food. very out dated, towels are dirty and only one per person. very bad experience, bar service terrible and the worst thing is booking.com doesn’t support or help out with any issues, very over priced for the service and quality of food Mexico has way to many great resorts to even consider this one.
