Everything was great. The house was in great shape with lots of space for a two bedroom home. Nice outdoor spaces in the yard. Great quiet neighborhood with easy, short access to some main thoroughfares.I would stay again!

We really enjoyed this property. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable. The owner Anna was great to work with. The king bed was very comfortable. There were many different snacks and bottles of water provided free. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. Beach is a pretty long trek, especially this time of year in late February.

Very cozy home that’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The owners do an amazing job making you feel welcome by stocking the house with water, coffee, and snacks. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect and well equipped with everything you would need in a home- made it so relaxing to travel with young children. Highly recommend staying at this home- I know we will be back for sure!

Our group traveled for a mission trip. We got there early to prepare. This home was in a great location and was perfect for our needs. There were 6 of us some nights, and it worked out well. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was trying to contact the management company to extend our stay. It took a while to hear back from them. Once we did, all worked out. Definitely would stay here again if in Fort Myers!

We had two couples, and the location was perfect for us. Walking path nearby and close to everywhere we needed to be. The host and the property were great.

This house is exactly as pictured.; very clean and nicely decorated. The king bed is very comfortable. We did not use the queen but the room is nice. I loved sitting in the sunroom. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. The kitchen has whatever you need. We made two meals and had no problem finding what we needed to cook our food. There are Publix stores nearby and good restaurants. We highly recommend this home. The homeowner checked on us the first evening which was nice. The management company was easy to work with and the contact person responded to our inquiries. Great place to stay, R&H

This property felt like the comforts of home. Roomy for everyone to have space, all the little essentials left for your use (laundry, snacks,water in the fridge) Nice to walk into after a long day of traveling! Quiet neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the villa for 10 days. As soon as we entered the property, we were impressed by the warm and comfortable feel of the villa. It was better than the photographs! Welcome baskets of snacks and goodies! Very clean and everything you would need for your stay.
The location gives you access to wonderful dining, stores and beaches.
It was hard to leave but we would definitely come back!!!

Perfect house for our stay while playing in Riy Hobbs Sunshine Classic. It had every we needed.

We stayed 10 days, and found nothing wrong. In fact the Vila was spacious, clean, comfortable and homey. The appliances all were in great working condition… here is a biggy the ice maker worked…washer and dryer looked brand new….departing we knew that we got a “good bang for our Buck”!
Oh and by the way…Communications with the Property Manager were exceptionally excellent.

So clean, great communication with the owner and property manager, they were both so helpful and nice. Such a well taken care if property it’s really in perfect condition. Everything worked perfectly and was clean. The kitchen was huge and very well stocked/equipped. Comfortable beds!

Traveling from Minnesota
The home was clean and cozy. We thought the welcome snacks, coffee etc was a nice touch. However the master bedroom bed is just extremely uncomfortable and the whole room is outdated and the pillows were awful! Also the neighborhood was scrappy and did not like location.

Wonderful Stay!
What a terrific experience. The house is just as cute in person as in the pictures. Excellent cleanliness. The lanai was our favorite spot! We did a lot of cooking, and everything we needed was there and in good shape. The house was really well situated near Whole Foods, Target, and fun places to eat. Will definitely book again.

Allergy's or Respiratory issues? Stay away!
Carpets in the bedrooms are very old. Old carpets harvest a long list of irritants for even healthy people. This house is closed tightly to the outside making the issue worse. I slept on the couch night one and the car night two. We left two days early it was that bad.

Cozy Clean and Comfortable
House was clean and spacious . Really appreciated how well equipped the house was worth the little things. Had trouble trying to figure out how to switch to Xfinity and a quick phone call to Sarita who walked me through the process, we were able to watch tv!! I would recommend staying again if in Ft Myers .

Comforts of home
The house was well furnished and comfortable. There was no toilet paper in the master bath or detergent to start the towels/sheets when we departed. Entry into the house for the first time is on the left side of the house. (That’s where the coded lock is). Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed linens could be updated but the beds were comfortable.

4th time stay at this wondefully clean, well appointed bungalow in Ft Myers.
Communication before and during was excellent. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Over the top on snacks/goodies available for us in the house when we arrived. Property management team was available via txt and call whenever needed.

All the amenities of home!
Wonderful stay and clean, clean, clean! Every appliance, cookware, dinnerware we needed and an added plus an added plus of snacks for the golf course. Perfect location to restaurants, grocery stores and visiting friends! Would definitely stay again!

Very Clean and Beautiful Inside
Made us feel right at home. Well appointed, convenient to shopping and sports complex. About 30 minutes to Ft Myers beach, depending on traffic. Would definitely stay here again.
