Disappointed with condition of property. Online pictures very misleading from condition of Condo #205 to the swimming pool. Floorplan of Condo online was not the floorplan. 1 bedroom and 2 full baths downstairs, but 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. Beds were uncomfortable and appeared to be Full Size, not queen, however, rooms were not large enough to even accommodate the full size beds and mattresses were worn out. Check out instructions online do not match checkout instructions on refrigerator. Lighting throughout the condo is poor. The closet door in downstairs bedroom was not attached and just leaning against the wall in the closet. Shower rod just laying on top of the shower insert and at least 1 foot too long water pooled ontop of shower curtain and would get under feet when while showering (safety hazard). Condo was not very clean and definitely lacked property maintenance. For the price per night, this was not acceptable.

Nicely equipped with full kitchen and appliances. Very clean and in good repair. Any issues we had were promptly handled in a friendly and professional manner. Definitely having a balcony overlooking the lake was perfect. Definitely will return.

Everything was great except that you cannot lock the door from the inside and my grandson got out during the night. Thank God some kind stranger knocked on doors until he found where he belonged. This could have ended so terrible. Please put locks on doors high up so children can’t reach them

We had a great time on our friends weekend. The condo is beautiful and great for a larger group. The only struggle we had was finding parking for our vehicle, which is partly on us, we had never been up before and didn’t know that everyone just takes golf carts around. Otherwise it was the perfect place to stay!

This place was absolutely amazing! Our golf carts were there ready and waiting for us! Check in was so simple. As well as check out. We will most definitely be staying on our next trip. Too chilly for us to use the pool, but was clean and well kept.

Also there is not enough seething for the amount of people that this unit holds. There was a lot of sitting on the floor. Location was great, pool is nice. We would stay their again but would be more prepared. Though for the money you pay you should not have to be.

It is a very nice and updated condo.plenty of space. It would be nice to have a dining table inside as there are a lot of bugs at night and cannot eat on the balcony.

Quick trip to Put In Bay
Pretty much as described....clean and in a great location, amazing views. Bonus was good prices to rent golf carts right at the condo, so we didn't have to worry about that at all. Only complaint would be not enough seating for what the condo sleeps in the living room, but we often spread out onto the deck with the amazing view, and we knew that coming in. Would definitely rent again!

Not as expected
When we arrived it was a good distance from town. Upon arrival a maintenance man was in the condo. The ceiling in the kitchen was dripping water from the unit upstairs. We had a bucket on the counter all weekend. The outside deck was dirty. The table hadn’t been cleaned. We were awake the first night until 2:00 am for the loud partying. Condo was just okay. I wouldn’t stay again nor recommend!!!

The best thing about the condo was the views of the sunrise! The condo was clean (except coffee grinds were left in the coffee pot) and comfortable. The only ‘flaw’ is the kitchen is not well stocked if you are planning on doing any real cooking/baking (ex no measuring cups, measuring spoons, rubber spatula). Onsite golf cart rental is convenient but the golf cart was not there when we arrived, nor was it cleaned, was VERY slow. Overall the condo was great! I would definitely recommend it/stay there again!
