Heater didn't work for 2 nights, beds are squeaky and uncomfortable, furniture old snd worn, great view and location to RMNP.

Very convenient location

We had an amazing time at Longs Peak Cabin. The cabin was very charming and well stocked with all of the essentials. The views were remarkable and Rocky Mountain National Park was super close. Our family and friends had a wonderful time and made memories for a lifetime. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We chose this house because it was so close to the park and it helped us get into the park early. Not having a washer/dryer made packing pretty tricky. Otherwise it was a perfect spot.

We loved spending time on the amazing porch at Long’s Peak cabin and would likely return to experience the view and family time in the great setting. Being so close to the park was wonderful. We’ve been to Estes Park for the past several summers and this was one of our favorite rentals. There were also a few issues to note - especially for traveling with small children. This was the first time we’ve seen a mouse in a VRBO rental. And this mouse was very active! He seemed well at home and not super excited that we were there with him. The house is on well water and the water is noticeably yellow in the tub. We weren’t worried from a health perspective, but something to be thoughtful of if you have more sensitive/sensory kids (it didn’t work for one of our kids). There isn’t a washer and dryer at the house. The property doesn’t advertise one, but just something to keep in mind if you sometimes forget to check the amenity list. There is a laundromat close by.

The close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park was great. The house was also well stocked with games, puzzles, and toys that our kids (ages 1, 3, 6, 8) enjoyed all week. The reasons for a 1 star reduction is the lag in responsiveness from Vacasa with questions or issues with the house. The shower rod was broken when we arrived and they fixed it 2 days later.

This is what a mountain cabin should be like. No marble, stainless remodel stuff. Ir’s a charming, vintage, loved by many generations place. Perfect for making our own memories. This was our second visit with son’s family. The housekeeping team is super. Cabin is spotless. Fully outfitted with everything you will need. The piano is in tune, hummingbird syrup ready, plenty of games and puzzles. And the view!!!! Framed Long’s Peak! We’ll be back. (Be sure to get reservations in advance for Park access.)

We just stayed here for the past week 6/25-7/1/22. Weather was perfect during the day with a few rain showers in the afternoon. Home is as pictured with plenty of room and came with everything we needed to make meals when we didn’t want to go out. We loved hanging outside on the patio or the covered porch with the amazing views. The location was also great to downtown Estes, coffee shops, grocery store and RMNP entrance. We also saw many different birds, mule deer, and Elk right on the property. We did have a few issues with the heating unit and a leaking kitchen sink, but the staff were super responsive and came right over to address and fix these items. The only thing that would have been helpful to know is if we could use the fireplace. It was chilly some mornings but we were not sure if we could light it.

The listing description is accurate for this clean, quiet and cute cabin. Lots of wildlife to enjoy looking out the large windows.

Nice cabin with a quaint cozy feel. Well stocked kitchen and lots of books/toys/games etc. Great location with excellent views of longs peak and a very easy trip in to RMNP. Quiet at night with very little light pollution for star gazing. Several hike options from the cabin itself. Some of the mattresses and pillows were a little worn out.

The view was stunning, the house was very clean and it was so adorable. It was perfect for our girls weekend.

Enclosed porch the width of the house is a perfect place to enjoy the Colorado views. We have been back several times to this cabin because of the porch.

Estes Park isn't just a tourist town -- it has a lovely history of welcoming families for generations to rest and recreate. This cabin is a perfect example. It's beautifully cared for, has amazing views and is SO close to the park. I hope to stay there again!

Loved staying at this Cabin! View was beautiful and there was plenty of space for 4 adults. Our almost year old grandson had plenty of room to roam around on the porch and play with the toys provided! We would love to come back with more family members.

This property is very close to the RMNP entrance and has a wonderful view of Longs Peak! The kitchen is also well stocked, almost all supplies are available for cooking. The only problem we had was that the check-in instructions are confusing, and we accidentally drover on the neighbor's private road. Please give a clearer instructions on which access road to take for getting to the property. In general, however, this is a very nice place to stay for a few days if you plan on going into RMNP with your family. We highly recommend the property and would come back again!

It was an amazing old house with a great view of the Rockies! The beds were small but comfortable. The bathrooms were really small, but the house was 100 years old. We enjoyed our time there!

You can see the Rocky Mountain National forest entrance from the cabin. Enclosed patio was the best part of the cabin.

wonderful and charming space!

The views were amazing! The experiences of living among, but not disturbing the wildlife was perfect; elk, deer, chipmunks and rabbits were daily neighbors. We were centrally located between the RMNP and Estes Park, so had an easy time getting around. The house felt like a "home" with just the right amount of luxury and simplicity. We will definitely be back!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in this vintage cottage. Almost directly across the road from the Beaver Meadow visitor center. Enjoyed watching the wildlife from the great porch and cozying up in the living room in front of the fireplace. Very well-stocked rental, too. Take the back road instead of the closer driveway, especially if you don’t have a vehicle with high clearance.

The enclosed large front porch was perfect for relaxing and watching wildlife all times of day and night!

This wonderful cabin may not have the luxury updates, but it offers wonderful views and the opportunity to enjoy them either inside or outside. The wildlife is abundant as are the spectacular round-the-clock views!

I started with VRBO, got switched to VACASA, and ended up dealing with a management company. I have used VRBO about 20 times. I do not recall a separate charge for the VRBO fee. That fee has always been included in the total rental charge. I was surprised to see a second charge on my credit card. Still, the cabin was perfect for our family and very clean and equipped with every need. 😊 I will be more careful in future to be certain I am actually renting from the owner.

Can’t say enough about the view! So beautiful! The cabin was a little rustic, but charming. The enclosed patio was a huge hit and the toys were a great surprise. We were pleasantly surprised to find a gas grill as well. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!
