Everything was perfect for our annual family beach trip! The spacious dining/living area was great so we could all be together whether it was sitting around the TV or eating! I have never had such a well stocked kitchen like this one had. We love to cook so it was made a whole lot easier for us! Bedrooms were perfect for our group. Easy access to the beach made for a wonderful time! Hope to rent again next year!

Great condo, has just what our family needs to have a great week on the beach. Updates to condo were very good, especially the new deck furniture and new shower in front bedroom. Would definitely stay there again.

There was a bit of an issue when we arrived due to the hurricane the week prior to our stay but that was solved quickly and pleasantly. Our week could not have been any better. Looking forward to going back.

The location of the condo was perfect. It was well equipped and, on the whole, was in fairly good condition. However, it was not clean. The stove and countertops needed to be wiped down immediately upon arrival, there was mold in one bathtub/shower and what appeared to be animal fur in the other shower. The deck floor was gross. My daughter reported she saw a few roaches. We had a great time, but cleaning a condo upon arrival after an 11 hour drive was not a great way to start a vacation.

Our family of six adults, one teenager, a 3 yr old and two toddlers had plenty of room. This property is wonderful and clean. We’ll be back next year.

The condo wasn’t as big as the pictures show. The people in the condo below us complained about noise when we had 14 people registered and the kids were just playing. Overall we had a good time.

The property was as expected from the listing. The space was super. We did not have AC for the first day as the whole unit was unfixable. They property manager sent over portable ac units for the bedrooms until the unit was replaced Tuesday afternoon. Also the ice maker did not work at all the whole week. Had it been warmer, both of these items would have been a huge inconvenience otherwise it was a mild inconvenience.

Beautiful view, well decorated.

I was working in the area and brought my family with me. This third floor unit is right on the beach with amazing views. The entire unit is decorated perfectly. Not only did it look great but it was spotless! My wife and mother in law usually have to clean when we arrive because they are very picky. They could not stop talking about how clean the unit was. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved the open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. We will use this unit again for work and vacation. My family is already planning another trip and won't say anywhere else!

After the pandemic hit and many other vacations had to be canceled, this one was booked and kept. The adults and kids all had a good time. The weather was pleasant, the view breathtaking and the beach calming. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed our party of 12, and being that we were still trying to social distance, we ate every meal but one in the room. This fall break covid style was exactly what we all needed.

Beautiful scenery, plenty of spacious room decor in cottage was nice beach themed. Lots of things to do.

The furnishing were great. The kitchen was well supplied with great appliances, dishes and cookware.

We loved everything about the condo. Size, location, decorations, cleanliness and whatever we needed and more was in the kitchen. We loved it so much that we booked right away for next year. Five stars for sure!!

My wife and I are just finishing a month long stay at this wonderful condo. We have really appreciated the cleanliness, the beautiful decor and the thoughtfulness that was evident in how well the condo was supplied with everything you might need in the kitchen. The rental was as described and fine we never dealt with a person and were surprised not to hear back after leaving a message about products not being there as listed. It wasn't a huge deal but we picked up the door code info from a box when it was supposed to be open at that time and then left a message when we left about leaving and mentioned there was only toilet tissue and one hand soap as far as total products available. Otherwise the rental was in great shape and comfortable.

The property is very well stocked and well taken care off. There was plenty of space for all. Very relaxing 😎

Wonderful! Beautiful condo! First time ever here and was greatly pleased!!! Loved being on the the beach! Had a problem with the front door lock sticking but other than that, we would return again!!!

The condo is beautiful, I especially like the convenience of the elevator. Great pool too!

First I will start by saying your staff were very accommodating at trying to resolve all the issues I had to deal with. With that said I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY that I had issues to deal with at all!! I paid almost $4800 for a condo that should've been COMPLETELY stress free!! Most issues were minor except for the lock situation which was unacceptable!!! Being locked out of our condo twice because of a junk lock is inexcusable!! And having to wait over an hour to get back into our condo was ridiculous!! By the time the issue was resolved by sending out a locksmith for a new lock our vacation was basically over!! I had more STRESS ON VACATION THAN IF I'D OF STAYED HOME AND SAVED $4800!!! I truly feel that myself and my family are entitled to some kind of a refund for all the issues that we had to deal with that should've been addressed before our arrival!! I've been vacationing at Surfside for 36yrs and I've NEVER experienced such a miserable vacation!!! I expect to hear from you asap....EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

Perfect spot to soak up some R&R. Really appreciated the large kitchen and table. The elevator and carts made loading in and out easy.

Was ok We booked for 8 people..only had towels sets for 6 and two of them had no washcloths. Left voice mail message on Monday recounting this. Received no answer....bought our own washcloths to make do. Other than that things were ok.

The property was beautiful. We had plenty of space for all of our family, the pictures does not so it justice. The beach was not crowded and we loved that. We would definitely rent this condo again!!

The condo is well stocked and furnished. I do have to say there was a lot of mildew on the shower curtain liners in all three bathrooms. Ceiling fan did not work in one bedroom. We did not report while we were there because a family member bought a box fan. All in all it was a wonderful condo. We love the unit. We have stayed here for many years.

Very nice condo with lots of bed and baths to accommodate extended family. The condo is attractive and nicely furnished. Would love to have had Keurig and recliner but we made out just fine without them. Not a lot of units in this building so not as crowded. Nice pool area. Right on the beach. Well maintained. We're fans for sure!

This unit was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful family vacation. Plenty of room for the 8 of us with 2 fur babies. The sunrise from the balcony was beautiful and the beach and pool was never crowded. Nice quiet area. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
