Very pleasant motel-style accommodation. Location was great for Rila Monastery and having the river running by was awesome. We enjoyed our dinner too!

Beds could have been more comfortable, but for the price it was no big deal. We were very happy!

The location of this place is great, right next to a river, amidst big trees, and 15 km away from Rila Monastery. The bungalows are spacious with little terraces looking towards the river.

The maintenance of the hotel is really bad, and so is the service - both administrative and at the restaurant. Our reservation was messed up, and the only excuse we received was that some new colleague at the reception did not know what she was doing. In our bungalow, the bathroom door's lock was broken, so the door could not be closed, let alone locked. Тhe bathroom fan was not working and the window was sealed. The TV remote was also broken and fixed with tape - it was not working either. And the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Some light bulbs were missing and there was an overall feeling of neglect and carelessness.

The hotel exceeded our expectations - great location, cozy rooms, very nice staff. I want to say a special thank you to the girl at the reception. And also a wonderful restaurant - very, very tasty food, especially sach and fish!

We enjoyed the river, mountains and good food.

The room is basic, it's ok for 1-2 nights if you don't have too many expectations.

We had a beautiful view over the river. It was a small cozy lodge/cabin, which was clean and the main room was heated. We were able to check whenever we wanted.

It seemed like there was no heat in the bathroom at all. The floor was seriously cold. The problem could have been fixed by providing slippers.

Restaurant was indeed very nice, above expectation. And nice wines. Plus the pricing in the restaurant is soooo cheap compared to other european places.

The beds are old and not very comfortable. Pillows were too small. Many insects although none of them did much biting.
