Beeakfast was very nice!
The room I stayed in had a chemical smell and i was not able to open a window for fresh air. So what I’d hoped for was relaxation that the end result was a terrible migraine.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, from replacing my refrigerator to advising about the thermostat. The breakfast is expectantly adequate. Location is perfect.
The pillows are too thin after a few minutes of laying out heads. Not enough coat and towel hooks. Pool is really small.

Great hotel with a great value. The staff was excellent and showed pride in their service. Definitely recommend anyone to visit.

The breakfast ran out of main dish (Jamaican eggs) by 7:30 and was not replenished. 15 minutes later the waffles were gone. The waffle maker was not set up to be used, for unknown reasons. Pretty skimpy offerings too. Best Western in same area was so much better with breakfast--constantly cleaning and replenishing with more selection. Staff (only interacted with one person) was impressive, best ever with answering questions, giving info, and welcoming.

Very clean and nicely kept property! About 45 minutes from Milwaukee and about 1 hour-ish from Chicago by car. Perfect location if you don’t wanna pay Chicago hotel prices!

Breakfast seemed very limited and was empty in a lot of the pans.
The front desk woman was rude and didn't understand that I just wanted to pre-checkin. I told her I just wanted her to know we were here to mark it down as we wouldn't be back until after 7pm. She wasn't understanding that...had to tell her 3 times as she had an attitude.

Breakfast the same every day, no variety. Ice machine on 1st floor not working for at least a months, which is ridiculous. When asking for simple things, they need to know ur member status.

Close to major highway, as well as the event sport complex we were competing at. The hotel was clean and quiet. Great breakfasts, easy parking, and friendly staff. Shout out to Lori for a wonderful job with breakfast service. She even assisted with one of the young clientele, who needed a little assistance after a slight mishap running back to her table. Way to go!

Clean. And they kept cleaning common areas as they were used by groups once the groups ( mostly college sports teams) left.
Lights in bathroom of room 404 were flickering.

We booked it for the location; needed to be close to airport for early flight. Just needed a good bed to sleep in; perfect.

I loved everything..It was so clean...The breakfast was delicious and it had a wide variety. Trinity and the lady who checked us of was the best very nice and friendly...Our stay was great and we will be back
