No housekeeping service unless asked!!!! If u want to have your room to have maid service each day.. if not u got service every other day. U supposedly we're told this at check in, was not told. Imagine when u came back to rm and found it as u left it that morning, this is at 9PM go front desk told the policy had to ask for clean towels, talk gen mgr next morning, she was not pleased said she, would have it done ASAP. Imagine when I came back that night it still wasn't done.. went from desk, desk clerk was surprised she checked her clip board my rm was suppose be done. Well had to ask for more clean towels,..so in the 3 days there to maid service, no trash emptied , no bed made.. finally at check in you were supposed to given a bag with 2 bottles of water never happened.. sounds the gen mgr has a problem with the staff?? U have lost a long time customer..

If you are going to the renaissance festival this is a great option to stay at! 5 minutes way easy to get to and from Faire. Great staff Jasmine was amazing. She had to check in a lot of people during the nationwide glitch but she was calm and inviting in a potentially very stressful situation. It was a nice room and quite and stress free.

The best hotel with reasonable price. Breakfast is outstanding. Very clean.

Well had booked room with bed & couch planning to sleep in couch. Got bumped down to just one bed so I had to sleep on the floor. Ended up citing my foot with cracked tile in bathroom. Desk said we would get a discount but morning person at front desk said nothing was noted on the system.Kinda bad deal for $260 a night.

Wonderful staff, they accommodated my daughter’s soccer team & did a great job making everyone feel welcomed. Breakfast had great options as well. Front desk staff were wonderful & very helpful.

I stay at hotels regularly, and I've never taken the time to right a review. The staff at Fairfield in Pleasant Prairie are a step above. I'd especially like to thank Eric, Vita, and Jasmine for their warm and friendly demeanor, professionalism, and all the ways they go above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic experience. Thanks guys, you're the best!

I did not like the cheap sheets and towels. I had a hard time getting comfortable.

Gave my key to a random person, I walked In the room and they were laying in my bed. I can’t make this up!

Love that rhe plqce is quiet very reasonably priced and rooms pretty clean, but asked for light abouve sink in bathroom to have bulbs replqced because they were burned out and never gotten taken care of.

Clean and comfortable

The staff was good. No issues. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We've stayed here many times. Nice location as there is food and shopping right across the street and 10 minutes from a lot more ahopping and dining. No complaints with this hotel.

They couldn’t find my reservation when I arrived and found out an employee had accidentally checked me in hours before. I thought this to be very odd. The floor of the elevator needs the floor replaced and elevator on inside needs better cleaning. The wallpaper by the toilet in room needs replacing. Looks like someone spilt hot coffee and they couldn’t get it out. There was a big stain.

Some members need a major attitude adjustment and need retraining. The lady in charge of the dining area was very rough around the edges! In addition, she needs to NOT clean the tables and then touch the food and plates. The young man behind the main desk at night was clueless and disrespectful. He was slumped over in his chair with his phone in his hands and didn’t even look at us when we walked in!
