We enjoyed our time in New Smyrna Beach. The location was great and the beach access was so convenient. The house was very nice and provided plenty of space for all of us. Having access to the beach equipment was great, too!

We had a great time at the Salty Turtle. Cindy was easy to connect with to get set up and booked. Great location!! The house is beautiful— had a fully stocked kitchen and lots of linens for the bedrooms/ bathrooms. You could see the ocean from the porch and it was nice for a partial view of the sunrise. We also were lucky enough to catch 2 rocket launches from the front porch during our stay. Lots of great stuff for the entire family — from puzzles, beach toys, board games, books, etc. We ranged from ages 4 to 86 and all enjoyed. The steps were little steep and hard to see at night for the older folks but that was the only challenge. 2 minor things that may complete the stay for other guests as well: to have a box fan that can be stored in one of the many closest and to have a drying rack for beach stuff to dry. We really had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

We just stayed at this house and it was perfect for what we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach, flagler, Starbuck, DD, etc. Size of house was perfect and very clean. I would stay here again.

This was our family's first time to stay at a different location for our usual annual beach trip to NSB! It did NOT disappoint! We loved the spaciousness and ammenities the property offered, especially the convenience to the beach. The house was perfect and we all had a wonderful stay. My favorite part was how well stocked the house was with plenty of linens, items in the kitchen, and beach chairs/ toys. The only thing I would change is the water pressure was quite puny for such a grand house. Overall, we will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Very nice house with easy access to the beach!

We had a great week, house was perfect! Great location, walk to Flagler and to the beach. Drive on beach is just around the corner. We will definitely book this house again.

Close walk to Wake Up cafe- a great breakfast spot, Walgreens and Publix. 1 block from the beach.

My husband and I stayed at this awesome beach house for 3 weeks and loved every minute of it! The house is very comfortable and there is everything you need for an incredible vacation! I would absolutely stay at this house again!

House has a great floorplan, very well appointed, an extremely clean. Convenient to beach access at 3rd (for driving) but we just preferred to walk to 2nd as it was less congested. Walking distance to Flagler Ave. and Publix. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

The home was extremely clean and well appointed. So nice that our large dog was allowed. It was the next best thing to being right on the beach. Beach views from the dining and living room were lovely.

Great property....lots of space. Only problem is hot water heater seems to run out of hot water when showering.

We truly enjoyed the home. So close to the beach and other activities. The beds were so comfortable and there were supplies for everything we needed! Cindy was also very helpful and accommodating. Would love to book again in the future!

A very nice two-level house with living room, kitchen, master suite on upper level; a queen bedroom and twins bedroom on lower level. Very convenient walk to the beach. Also very convenient walk to a great coffee/breakfast spot called Wake Up Cafe.

We loved staying here. The property was very clean and well furnished. The management was quick to respond any time we needed anything. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. The garlic, Norwood’s, and restaurants on Flagler. Very convenient to access the beach as well. We will probably be coming again to stay over the summer

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and excellent location. The only complaint was the tv my husband had trouble with the roku tv he wasn’t used to how it worked it was hard to find local news and weather.

This was a wonderful” home” for the holidays. Our family of 7 gathered here from all across the country for the Christmas holidays. The accommodations were excellent . Great house!!

Spent a great weekend at the property. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable for a party of 8: 2 adults and 6 teens. The owners took care of everything: plenty of towels, we’ll stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The location was nice as well: on a quiet street steps from the beach, close to Publix, Starbucks , golf cart rentals gift shop, minutes from restaurants and shops, plenty to do. Communication with Cindy was a breeze, she is very friendly and very responsive to any inquiry and request. We really liked this property and are looking forward to renting it again soon.

Perfect place and so close to the beach. The house was clean and very well maintained. Too bad a house is being built in front but still had beautiful views of the ocean from the front porch. The house contained everything you might need during your stay, and check in/out was a breeze. We will definitely consider this house again for future stays!

We vacationed here for a week in July and loved the house. The furnishings and beds were super comfortable and it really was a like a home away from home. The kitchen is very well stocked and it was a great location with just a short walk to the beach. When we booked the home it was still listed as beach view with photos showing an empty lot between the house and the beach but when we arrived there was a very large house under construction which blocked most of the view. I know this isn’t something the listing agent had any control over but at the time we booked, they had to know that construction was due to start at any time. I just wish the listing had been updated to reflect that. Other than the construction site being much less enjoyable to look at than the ocean, it didn’t bother us and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Without a doubt we would stay here again.

Nice location, very walkable/bike friendly. Bring your own bikes. Beach is 2min walk . Beach is on part that allows cars. Lots of beach gear in garage. We choose this place due to it being pet friendly. Only downside is the heavy equipment construction out the front door for 2 weeks out of 4 weeks we stayed. Overall great place

Everything was perfect. Super close to the beach. Nice open floor plan and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. I look forward to renting it again.

We had so much fun! The house was great and generously appointed with linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and beach gear! The kitchen was well equipped too with baggies, foil, spices, coffee, etc. We brought our pups with us which was such a treat…there’s a convenient hose outside for washing off sandy beach gear and pups!! Overall a super great stay! We would definitely rent again!!

We rented this home for a wedding held in New Smyrna Beach. My husband, myself, and our daughter (we drove down from Atlanta) - and my parents and my sister (who came from Celebration, Fl) . I can’t tell you how pleased I was with this rental. First of all- it was BY FAR the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever rented. Additionally, the location was better than I expected, the pictures of the decor- don’t even do it justice, and the beach was wonderful. It was a wonderful trip, and I highly recommend this home to anyone who may be considering it.

We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous beach house. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed from cooking in the kitchen to lounging on the beach. Located close to everything. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and stores.

We had a great stay. The house was spacious & beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything including all types of spices etc Also located minutes away from shopping and groceries. The family enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful place and loved the front porch. Had a great time to celebrate Mother’s Day. The only issue was an ant problem. Found tiny ants throughout the house. I figured it was due to the house being built across the street.

It was advertised on the beach with a view. The view is of a house being built right in front of us. WOrkmen that started at 7:30 am. THe only outdoor seating was looking at them. Disapointed we were not told until the week we were coming that there was a house being built right in front of us.

Cindy was very easy to work with. The house is a short walk to the beach, store, resteraunts and Flagler Avenue. Main bedroom is upstairs and 2 bedrooms down stairs. There is new construction underway across the street which did not bother us and with spring break a lot of late night street noise. Would definately rent again!! The beach is very clean and absolutely beautiful.
