Great views, location, at a contemporary styled condo. Not big but feels spacious even with family of 4. I’d call it perfect if the Murphy Bed was replaced with a normal bed but I understand why they have it and knowing that going in it deserves a five star:-)

The place was clean and comfortable but one of the heat vents was making a very annoying sound - not the regular heat sound but a squeaky sound that didn't let us sleep. Also, be aware that they do not provide wood so if you arrive late make sure you bring your own or you won't be able to find any nearby. The wifi did not work at all either

We had a very comfortable stay in this condo. We were in the area primarily to ski at Wolf Creek. This Condo served as a great base to do that. The Ski area is about a 30min drive on well maintained roads. The condo is very comfortable for 2 people . The sofa bed isn't a great option but will suffice for little kids. Our kids were a bit older and thankfully we had our own air mattress which they preferred. The views from the back patio are spectacular but please keep it locked at all times when not in used. We had a small incident where someone claiming to be a service tech jumped into our patio and tried to open the door while my wife and dog were alone inside. My wife called 911 and the cops sorted it out. It might have been a harmless mistake but I would err on the side of caution. I think the area is very safe so this might have been a stray incident. The neighborhood Kroger , Wine shop, Starbucks is less than half a mile away which was wonderful. We thought the nearby Thai and pizza options were good. Overall this was a very good stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Very cute place inside a golf course style resort. The view off the back porch is absolutely stunning for watching sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked that's good for cooking small meals. The only complaint we have is that the washing machine was broken. A maintence person came over to check it out on the first day and told us the property manager would follow up but we never heard anything. Not the biggest issue in the world but we had a baby with us and having a working washing machine would have been pretty helpful.

Cute small place and close to all locations and access. Sunrise was beautiful and views are great.

Really enjoyed staying here. Amazing morning views and easy access to everything pagosa has to offer. Vacasa management made it easy to check in/out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Very nice location

We were looking to get away for a long weekend during the pandemic within driving distance of Texas. This place fit the bill it was comfortable close to town and still had a beautiful view from the deck

Such a lovely apartment and wonderful, quiet location!

The studio was small but clean and comfortable. Unlike another post, we found the mattress comfortable. The only issue was the first night where we got very little sleep due to the noisy neighbor. It sounded like they where rearranging furniture all night. Walls are pretty thin.

Great rental property, exactly as advertised. Well decorated, clean, everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

The property was very clean, inviting and warm. We enjoyed our comfortable stay as it was close to everything. Though, there were a couple of disappointments. The first, prior to our trip we had sent two emails to Vacasa inquiring if firewood was provided for the fireplace. Both times we received the answer that in fact it was provided. Upon arrival there was no firewood at the property. We emailed again and received an email indicating that the logs would be replenished. The next contact we received was a phone call stating that the owners of the property do not provide firelogs and that we would have to purchase them ourselves. We were disappointed obviously because we wanted to utilize the fireplace. If we had been given the correct information initially we most certainly would have brought the firelogs with us. Secondly, we went to use a couple of dinner plates and discovered that a few of them had been placed back on the shelf without being washed and that other dishes from the previous renter were clean although still in the dishwasher. We expect that the cleaning fee charged should cover a thorough cleaning and inspection of the property between renters. Honestly, the property was nice but these issues will make it difficult for us to choose this property and management company again.

Really easy to book last minute and overall really happy with our cozy stay here! The only recommendation I would have to the owner would be to have some firewood/starter available for guests. The indoor fireplace was one of the reasons we booked this property, but since we flew in and we’re only here a few days, it wasn’t worth it to buy a rick of firewood and starter for our short stay. Also, the shower water ran ICE COLD after only ten minutes of it running, so be forewarned!

Nice place, great view, clean, but the double murphy bed was horrible, it was like sleeping on a trampoline, every single move was a bounce. Between the bed and excessively loud heater we didn’t get much sleep. However the heat did work well. I’d guess the murphy bed would be sufficient for one person.

The view was spectacular. The studio was clean and well furnished, and the decor is updated and stylish. We really enjoyed our stay.

Has all the necessities, quiet neighborhood, great location

The condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. It has beautiful views. It is close to several restaurants and a supermarket.

Great location! The unit is tastefully decorated, however it could benefit from new bedroom pillows and mattress.

We stayed for 4 nights and could not have found the more perfect homey vacation condo! Checking in and out was easy and straight to the point! I loved that the kitchen was fully finished with all appliances and dishes so we could cook our own meals during our stay! We were there during a big winter storm and were worried about being snowed in, but they plowed the complex and roads regularly allowing us to leave! The water pressure is great and the water was HOT, just make sure you don’t shower longer than 10 minutes or the water will run cold! We will definitely be coming back in the future!
