המארחים נהדרים ! קבלו אותנו עם יין צונן, הזמינו לנו מונית ודאגו לכל מה שהיינו צריכים. המקום נקי והמרפסת מהממת ממש. ישבנו בה בערב וסעדנו בה את ארוחת הבוקר. המלון , הוא לא מלון במובן הסטנדרטי. מדובר בקומת חדרי אירוח בתוך בניין. האזור מרכזי ונגיש. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה !

Everything was excellent, right from the welcome, to the breakfast to the spacious and clean room. The hosts were very accommodating of a few requests that we had. The terrace had a lovely view.

The flight of stairs required to take to reach the hotel hahahahaha. Just kidding. everything was great

So clean and has eye catching view, also has nice and kind staff .

It doesn't have lobby and other facilities (like laundry, pool, good entrance, large restaurant and... ) which real hotel have.

Бронировали на букинге 1 день . Когда приехали в гостиницу, то я сказала администратору , что нам в итоге понадобиться 2 дня , он мне сказал без пробоем только заселяйтесь . И по истечению первого дня нас попросили выехать , так как второй день занят и сказал мне , что не говорил что можно на второй день остаться . И нам с мужем с чемоданом пришлось искать где бы остаться еще 1 день

Good view ,clean room,nice staff

Breakfast is good. Not many varieties. Housekeeper is nice and helpful but language problem is there. Location is good and rooms are clean.

Its a family run hotel. So normal facilities like restaurant is not there. U have to go out for lunch and dinner. But everyone is nice and helpful. Location is good but u get only one key and no phone in room. Internet is not very great.

Everything and especially our hosts hospitality

Exceptional staff, we felt super welcome and valued. The hotel itself is very clean, new and well equipped. The view is amazing, and the shared terrace is super comfortable and adds to the socializing aspect.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the breakfast selection could be more varied or extended.

It is a family business. Owner is friendly and very helpful with our baggages. If he not direct me, the place would be a bit difficult to find. Upper deck view is so nice. Room is clean and quite new. Near bus stop which direct you to the airport, but to old tbilisi would take 15-20 min walk.

Wifi is a bit too slow.

The terrace was nice, they have homemade wine too

Place is a little inwards and tough to find and non native speakers would need Google translate to communicate with the staff

I love staying at this hotel, everyone is so hospitable and the ambiance is cozy. I would definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Georgia.

It would be perfect if the breakfast has a variety daily and hoping the bidet has warm water.

We stayed for the NY night and were happy to meet NY at the wonderful terrace with amazing view. Overall our stay was great - the owners of the place were super helpful and kind, we liked our rooms very much, great location, great breakfast. Highly recommended and hope to come back one day. Thank you!

She introduced me to a good restaurant around the hotel.

Terrace has a nice city view, big rooms with comfy beds and enough space for luggage Teia is very friendly and accommodating, felt like at home.

Difficult to find, only 1 set of keys per room

The staff were accommodating whenever I requested items like a sewing kit, iron etc. and came to meet us as the hotel is not easy to find.

I informed the staff several times that the booking was for my wedding honeymoon. Although I didn't expect any special gestures that would normally be the customary for newlyweds at hotels, I was really disappointed that the room wasn't even cleaned on my wedding day. I left the room for my wedding at 2pm and the staff only left extra towels and toilet paper without making the beds or emptying rubbish etc. It wasn't a very romantic setting to come back to.
