Booking and check-in process was very smooth. Location was easy find and surrounded by several restaurants within walking distance. Unit was incredibly spacious and clean. Would recommend to others looking for a stay in Madeira Beach!

Nice condo right on the beach as seen in the pictures. Great beach access right outside the condo with cabanas available to rent. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery store etc with John's Pass just down the street. Comfortable beds. Clean but with some permanent glass bottom stains on coffee table and end table in living area which made it look dirty but surfaces were actually clean. Adequate dishes etc. but no spices etc.Overall a bit dated with the furnishings.
Limited beach supplies with no umbrella and only 3 beach towels for a condo right on the beach which can easily sleep 4 - 6 guests (Didn't make sense). Cabanas available to rent right on the beach.
Excellent communication and prompt response from management company (iTrip).

Our Madeira Beach vacation was incredible! We stayed in a beautiful condo on the beach, just as depicted on Verbo. It had everything we needed - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry facilities, and beach items that came in handy. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was spotless. We would definitely book again on a return trip!

We were very disappointed in this rental it was very dated and dirty. Things didn't work or was not up to par. the white ceiling fan was was so dirty it was black around the edges. The bathroom had mold on the wall behind the toilet, The caulk around the tub was also mold. The under rim of both toilets was gross, the maintenance crew spent almost an hour trying to clean and was not able to get clean. The tile floors were so dirty if you walked barefoot your feet were black. We have rented another unit in the building and it was very nice and clean.

Unit wasn’t very well equipped - no extra towels, bed linens or blankets and kitchen lacked storage containers and most everything was odd random pieces of glassware. Beach chairs falling apart. Gurgling bathroom sink nonstop due to humidifier. Mattresses in back bedroom need to be replaced. Not what we expected for the money spent!

Beachfront. What else do you need? Spacious condo for 3 adults in separate beds. Other units may have a wider view but the view from this unitis still awesome. Clean condo with everyting you need. I would stay again.

The place was amazing, clean, very well stocked, all kind of utensils. Great checking and out process. And the the apartment view is espectacular! Great communication process. Great place overall! Me and my family would come back. Thank you Gordy h a great service.

The location is Amazing the place could use some updating and the beds were so uncomfortable. Definitely need to get new beds. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and was so nice to just walk right down to the ocean

If you’re looking for the beach vacation, this is a great place to stay. If you’re looking for the nightlife, there isn’t too much around. We had a great time and meant some great people.

Check in process was easy. Communication with the property owner/manager was excellent. Great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nice sized balcony too. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Enjoyed my breakfast and Happy Hours gazing at the beach. Property manager is very prompt with responses or questions. Perfect place to stay for location to restaurants and easy access to the causeway. Didn’t do any cooking so can’t comment on how well the kitchen is equipped but plenty of dishes and utensils. There were only 2 of us but very spacious for even 2 couples or small family. Loved our stay.

We came down for a girls trip and everyone loved the property. Great location. You can't beat having a pool right on the beach. Amazing view. Loved the Reef for breakfast and Dockside Dave's for dinner - grouper and oinion rings were bomb! We will be back!

Itrip was fabulous and we will attempt to reserve an iTrip property again next year. The condo was completely acceptable with a few rough edges. The dining table was sticky as if it had a poor finish. The dining chairs should have had chair pads and there some corners that really weren't clean. Still these are rather minor defects on an overall fine property. We would not hesitate to rent it again nor to reco.mend it to others.

Two couples stayed and there was plenty of room. Each couple had their own bedroom and connected bathroom. Unit is furnished with enough basic necessities for 5-7 days. Nice view of Gulf. We went second week of January before busy season, so it was pretty quiet. Weather was about 70 degrees every day but it felt like 80 in the sun. Street next to condo was pretty noisy with sirens, loud music, and muscle cars, but we are all 55+, so it might be tolerable for others! Overall this was a wonderful place to stay and we recommend it.

Much needed quick trip to Tampa which included a Bucs game, Magic Kingdom and the beach. Very large space and was more than enough room for 3 people. Place was clean and ready for us when we got there. Access to the beach was easy and parking was easy. Even had chairs, towels and beach toys available. There were a couple of fun restaurants right across the street and many more within walking distance. Will definitely be back when I am looking for some beach time.

Pre-trip communication with the owners was awesome and communication with them during the trip, only 1 issue which was building related, not condo related, was handled quickly. The condo had everything we needed for our trip and when we are in the area again, we will be reaching back out to them for this unit. Thanks for a great family trip.

We really enjoyed staying on the property. The only complaints we would have is there was no laundry detergent and it has no full length mirror.

Lovely unit. Slightly dated but didn’t go on vacation for the decor so not an issue. Had a mishap with the electrical which was my fault but property mgt was very responsive. Loved the convenience of not have to worry about a key. View was great and since the unit is tucked in a bit no direct sunlight.

The property was very nice. We only had 2 issues one was a few dirty dishes in the cabinets and the other was a cabinet door came loose and was about to fall off. Texted the maintenance guy and he came right away and repaired the door hinge. He offered to wash the dirty dishes but we already had. I have rented several condos and this one in in my top list.

Beautiful Gulf View / Right on Beach
Las Brisas was an excellent location for our vacation. You are right there on the beach. Our unit was clean, but could use a few updates. It was a great place to stay for our family with two young kids.

Absolutely Perfect!!
Exactly as described. Two adults and two teenage grands had the best time ever. Balcony overlooking pool and beach a great spot for morning coffee. Very friendly neighbors. Close enough to anything you want or need away from the beach. We will be back!
