Es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen. Sehr netter Kontakt und reibungsloser Ablauf. Sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstücken kann man bei einem Becker, der fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar ist und sehr gutes Frühstück macht.

Es lagen ein paar Krümel (anscheinend vom Vorgast) auf dem Sofa. Ansonsten war alles super.

Damm Apartments is a guesthouse located in a green and calm neighborhood of Hannover. I got there from the other side of town, where FlixTrain arrives. It was quite easy, as there are 2 options of getting there: S-Bahn and U-Bahn (the former is a direct ride). I was taking U-Bahn though, and from the U-Bahn station, it only takes about 3 minutes to get to the property. As I mentioned, the neighborhood is lovely and contributes to the pleasure of walking. On arrival, I was greeted by the owner (Mr. Muslic) and his daughter. I seemingly happened to be the only guest in the house (which is likely because of religious holiday time when I was here). I was offered a nice welcome package (bottle of water, 2 packs of cookies and some sweets) as well as offered to use the shared lounge with coffee/tea making facilities as well as some more cookies and sweets. That was indeed handy, as I was coming after a 3-hour trip and it did help a lot to have a cup of tea with some sweet snack. The shared lounge features fridge as well (I did not need it, but I guess it might be useful for someone who would want to store their breakfast supplies there). The property features a shared bathroom, which was sparkling clean (I honestly have not seen any guesthouse with such a nice and spacious bathroom facility ever in my life), towels were provided in the room. A hairdryer was supplied, it is stored in the drawer under the sink. The host was flexible with the check-out time, and though I only needed 30 minutes more compared to the official check-out time, it was still an amazing gesture to offer flexibility in this regard. All in all, it was an amazing experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this property, as to me it seems a great example of a family-run guesthouse, which is hard to beat both from price and comfort points of view.
