We enjoyed our stay at Villa Verde, great location and very clean.

This Villa is in a perfect location just back from the Main Street so no road noise but has at the end of driveway a set of stairs that give you access to the Main Street. The excellent bakery is just around the corner. The Villa was very well equipped and had the added bonus of a combustion wood fire as well as airconditioning. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the property! Very clean, central location, clear communication. Would have been great if Nespresso pods, shampoo no and conditioner were provided like all other self-contained rentals. The essentials matter.

We have just enjoyed a fantastic week in Margaret River. The location of Villa Verde is tremendous, right in the heart of town but off the main road so not bothered by any traffic noise. Really impressed with the cleanliness upon arrival, and the newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen offer everything required for a holiday. The huge "smart" tv was a real bonus, considering FIFA WC 2022 kicked off during our stay. We will have no hesitation in booking Villa Verde for our next trip south.

Fantastic weekend in the heart if town

Villa Verde is a beautiful cosy property perfectly located in central Margaret River. Its is easy walking distance to the main street, the bakery, the river, mountain biking at the Hairy Marron cafe and the Margaret River Brewhouse.

A beautifully presented and well-equipped 3brm, 2 bathroom home villa, with lovely decor and the comfort of a wood-burning stove. A very short walk into town, but lovely and quiet. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely week in Margaret River and really enjoyed our time at Villa Verde. Our communication with Lucy was easy and efficient, the arrival and departure details were clear, and everything was in order when we arrived. The space was ample for the two of us, and we really enjoyed eating at home and using the BBQ on the back deck. The kitchen set up was great, although an electric coffee maker would have been very handy (or even a French press). The bedding was comfortable and very clean, and the whole property felt looked after and cared for. We also enjoyed the location, with very easy access to the great trail system, the grocery stores were so close, and our favourite Happy Hour hangout was right out the back steps. We loved the area and we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Verde. The house was clean, well furnished and attractively decorated. We appreciated the shady at the back, great after a day sightseeing. Lucy was helpful and responsive to our queries. A small observation , some updating of the kitchen would raise this property from very good to excellent.

The shower rose in the en-suite is rusty. It’s toilet drips. The oven must have a broken thermostat, it is very slow to heat. No manual to assist either. Beds are clean and comfortable but need extra blankets. Good barbecue and back deck. Poor plumbing when a shower or toilet is used it reverberates in the other one , even though they’re at opposite ends of the property. Only 1 chic supplied to clean kitchen and no spare garbage bags. Couldn’t find the rubbish bins outside.

Can't fault the villa and it's close proximity to the main strip. Beds were comfy, villa was clean and it was an enjoyable stay.

Love this little gem it was unexpectedly roomy and decor was tasteful love the decking 1/2 min walk to bakery for a coffee and art gallery east fits 2 cars and can easy fit 2 families with one child each we will be back

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The house was spacious and comfortable with extra fluffy blankets. Only thing missing was face washers and hand towel - bath towels provided. Need to bring your own soap for the shower. (No biggie) The location is fantastic- only 5 mins walk to town and very near the scenic south bank river trail (great for a morning jog or walk). Would highly recommend it for families.

Nicely appointed townhouse with a full kitchen. Nice back private deck. Large rooms and enough space for a large family or couples traveling together. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Our only complaint is the ridiculous linen fee of $60.00. We were suppose to get one bath towel and one face towel per person. Through an oversight we only had one face towel for two people. Having only one bath towel available per person for 5 days is just not enough. For that price, we should of had access to clean towels for several days or at least enough to have an extra when one was being washed. A huge annoyance. Also, there was only one trash bag and no extras. We also needed to buy paper towels.
