Awesome!!!!

Ive stated at this building twice, this was my first time with this host. His condo was excellently appointed with all the things we needed. Plenty of room for our family and a fantastic view of the beach. the heated pools made for a great place to hid out during the storm and when the kid decided the Atlantic was just a little too cold. Highly recomended, would stay with them again!

Great set up for multi-generational family vacation. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Several options for pools in and out of the sun. Well equipped condo to enjoy your stay with shopping nearby.

Great stay. Loved being right on the beach. Spacious accommodation. Pools not heated for first couple of days but remedied after that.

We went to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament so when we weren’t at the diamond we got to go back to the condo and enjoy the beach and pool. There has definitely been some nice updates done to the condo. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of room. Sitting on the huge balcony at night was one of my favorite things to do after a long hot day.

The condo exceeded our expectations. There was so much room for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed for our week stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The view of the ocean was awesome and the balcony was huge!!

The condo was clean, liked the location, the ocean view was fantastic! The owner was always available if we needed to communicate. Had trouble with the two TVs in the first two bedrooms not coming on but a friend of the owner was right there to fix the problem (a new cable system with maybe some bugs, you know how that goes). The other two TVs worked just fine (living room and main bedroom). The only thing I did NOT like was the parking garage but that was just me. Had a mid-size car that I wasn't used to driving. There were big pickups parking in there and they didn't seem to have problems. Like I said, just me with a rental car. I have no complaints.

This condo at the Grand Atlantic is a great spot for a family vacation! Host was great with communication and providing all the information we needed for a smooth stay.

Was a great location. Great for families of all ages. Beachfront and lots of local amenities.

Loved the place, condo was clean and prefect. Great view, lots of space and everything we needed was there. Complex was clean, safe and quiet. Pools were all warm except the little kids waterfall pools. Easy access to the beach and plenty of chairs around pool.

The condo was clean and very nice. We had an enjoyable vacation there!

Rental was easy and affordable. Contactless checkin was great! The unit is spacious and well equipped. Within easy access to shopping and attractions. The beachfront location is excellent; with large ocean facing balconies. We really enjoyed our stay.

1. The lazy river is being jackhammered on all day long. Which makes it impossible to enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool area. You can also hear this jack hammering while trying to sit on your balcony and enjoy the ocean. 2. The resort next door is closed and has been for some time. So when sitting on your balcony if you look to your right you are their green pools and trash filled property. Not to mention the unquestionable people who hang out in the parking garage at night of this abandoned resort...we felt very unsafe walking the path to the beach between the two resorts at night. We did it the first night and never did it again. 3. The condo needs a deep clean. When I attempted to walk around the co do barefooted the bottom of.my feet turned black. The furniture has clearly not be fully dusted. Only the tops not the fronts or sides which where covered in dust. We ended up leaving several days early. I did reach out to the owner to let them know we left early due to jack hammering and that the condo really needed a deep clean Owner replied quickly but was surprised to hear about the lazy river repair. Also the owner swears the condo is cleaned throughly...it definitely isn't. Before.yoy consider staying here find out if there is any work being done...and ask about the abandoned resort next door. If noise and dirt don't bother you, go for it. If you want clean and quiet go some place else

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen has everything you need and we had plenty of towels and linens. The owner is fantastic at communicating and he made check in a breeze. The property is nice and having the on site restaurant was really convenient. We are already making plans to go back in 2022.

Everything with this rental went smooth. Owner was easy to contact. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd year staying in this unit and we will return again next year. The room is perfect with everything you need in the unit. Beds are comfortable and you can tell the owner cares about the property. It’s ocean front and you have to check out Scooby’s when you stay here also. We go there at least twice a day ;) Priced very reasonable and great communication from prior to our arrival to after regarding refund of deposit. Can’t wait to return next year!

We stayed the whole week of Thanksgiving to celebrate Thanksgiving and my birthday. Everything was great . The only downside in my opinion is the bed was firmer than I like, but others might like a firmer bed. From start to finish it was a flawless . Great communication, and experience.

This property was just as advertised. Our family loved it! Having the parking lot attached was great as we have stayed in other places where you have to park down the block. It was also great to be able to get in at 2:00 and not have to check in at the front desk. We are already checking into a return visit next summer. Highly recommend this condo!!

We had a great vacation at this property. The layout was nice and worked well for our family. The complex was crowded, but it was July and that was expected. Waiting for the elevator on the 8th floor did get old by the end of the week as there are only 4 elevators for the whole building. There also seemed to be a lot of kids that felt it was funny to push all the buttons when getting off the elevators. :-( The easy access to the pool, beach and Ocean Blvd was nice. The parking garage was convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and were able to do a lot of fun things. I would recommend this place.

On week in Myrtle Beach was great. The only thing that was a little bothersome was checking time was actually 3pm instead of 2pm. It worked out fine though. No harm no foul. The beach view was priceless.

We love that you don't have to go to a desk to check in you just go to your room get your beach gear and enjoy your stay. Great family fun close to everything in the heart of Myrtle Beach.

The ocean view from the balcony was outstanding! The condo was spacious, clean and contained an ample supply of dishes, cookware and utensils. The four pools and pool area were immaculately clean. The attached parking garage provides for secure off-street parking, and is within walking distance to stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. It is perfect for a family vacation or as was my stay, a great place to stay with friends on a golfing vacation. Outstanding!!

This is my second trip to Myrtle Beach. The condo was awesome and had all the comforts from home. It had three bedrooms and three full baths.. We would sit on the balcony sipping out drinks watching the waves roll in. We were very pleased and would highly recommend the place. Location was perfect, golf course close by, Market Commons restaurant s offered many choices, and two miles from the airport. Had great wether and already booked my week for next year..Thank you

Enjoyed our time at Grand Atlantic, condo had eveything we needed. Very quiet and convenient right off elevator on 8th floor. Kitchen had eveything we needed for meals. Very clean and well maintained by owner. Love the view and had a great week of weather! Thanks Dennis!

This condo definitely exceeded my expectations. It was clean and well appointed, with everything I needed in the kitchen. The parking was so convenient with the attached parking garage, we stayed in other condos and it was a chore to drag everyone and our groceries across the street so we loved the attached garage.. We were 5-10 minutes to Coastal Grand Mall and Market Common, which were great areas for shopping and dining! Also, enjoyed the Walmart Neighborhood store 3 blocks away. The layout was great with private baths for all 3 bedrooms, very nice linens and towels, and I loved the makeup mirrors in each bathroom. 2 King sized Beds and 2 Double beds really were comfy. Everything is currently updated with granite counter tops, tile floors, and decor. We had some rainy days and the covered heated pool, lazy river, and hot tub were so nice when the weather was iffy. We enjoyed the south end of Myrtle Beach and not being in all of the traffic and noise. We rode our bikes every day on the bike lanes for miles in both directions. Owner was prompt and helpful with every question I had. I highly recommend this unit if you want a clean condo with a great view, and lots of amenities!

Beautiful, well maintained condo with updated modern kitchen, and new furniture throughout. Three large bedrooms with TVs, and adjoining baths? Beautiful ocean view from the living room and master bedroom, and convenient location. Will definitely go back!

This condo is the perfect location with wonderful amenities. It is well maintained and comfortable, has a fully stocked kitchen, fantastic views, heated pools and direct beach access. It is close to restaurants and shopping. I plan to return in the future.

Great experience for the week.
