I liked the price and I enjoyed the karaoke at the bar made it fun

If you stay in the villas there is not a good place to unload your stuff at all the north tower and south tower very easy but the villas is away from there I drive a 4x4 2500 wouldn't even fit in the but one garage one is 6 8 the other 2 are 6 6 truck wouldn't fit when u park and then went to the villa rook about 20 min walk from room to truck

It was on the beach.

Parking garage- the garage is so small you can not have a car entering and exiting at the same time. While our car was parked our front end got swipped on the bumper. We Had to file a police report for security to even view the tapes. Poor customer service- when I called down to request/ ask for extra things the evening staff made me feel it was a hassle and then hung up on me. When brought to the room staff did not speak and just handed the bag to me. The main reason I booked this facility was for the waterpark. Unfortunately the outdoor pool/ lazy river is the only thing that was working at the time of our stay.

The amenities and location

The room wasn’t cleaned to our standards. Food from previous stay was found on the floor by the living area chair. There was a bug crawling by the bed (pic was taken). I was called by staff and hour after check due to previous staff not checking us out when I went in person to check out.

Room was dirty and some staff were ignorant had two kids looking forward to lazy river and it wasn’t running so spent extra money taking them to other venues hot tub and pool was disgusting

The view was beautiful. The rooms were a nice size.

The suite needed a thorough cleaning. The surfaces were dusty and dull.

We have stayed at this resort several times and overall enjoy everything!

My only complaint would be that one of the days the water park was closed.

Our neighbors were extremely loud

The restaurant food was delicious and the staff were very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach and outside property were nicely maintained.

We were disappointed that the “Ava’s pizza” and “Ava’s ice cream” shops were closed during our stay. We were absolutely disgusted by the state of the indoor pools/hot tubs. They were filthy and we could not allow our children to swim in them. Over all, we were let down by the amenities, which were our main reason for booking this hotel. False advertising.

The room, the bar, pool, arcade and even tho some parts are being remodeling, we still enjoyed.

Rented a 3 bedroom suite. Sleeps 12 easily, But only was able to get 2 parking passes. Very terrible parking access. No condiment breakfast, little breakfast bar that charge 12.99 a box, that buffet prices.

It was a good location.

A lot of the amenities were closed. Still had to pay for daily resort fee.

All the amenities were closed and should have been posted on website. Hot tub and pool area was small and crowded. Hotel was under renovation and should have been noted prior to booking. Also no maid cleaning service short staffed.

The property has the structure to be a good place to stay. The convenience store was clean and the attendant was kind and helpful.

Everything seems dirty. The bathroom and towels had hair from previous occupants. The bedding was below average and the bedspreads looked unclean. Both the check-in employee and the employee who answers phones were snappy and seemed bothered by guest. Both pools need deep cleaning. They are barely heated. This is not somewhere to let your kid enjoy swimming indoors. One pool has towels. The other does not and staff will refuse to bring towels. The elevators made us nervous, half closing and opening randomly. Wouldn’t feel safe on property without another person with me. A man roamed around our villa halls and elevator with a book-bag on our departure day. I am not a review writer but so many things happened. Do not stay here.

I love everything about Sand Dunes Resorts & Suites, it’s the only place I will stay when visiting.
