The view was beautiful, big patio, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, comfy beds, great communication with the property manager. The beach was beautiful, very nice grocery store a few minutes away and lots of restaurants.

Great location, with easy access to white sandy beach with crystal clear water. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great add on. I would say the only cons are they only supply you with one bath towel person. I wasn’t ready for that and had to go purchase towels and face clothes at Walmart.

Furniture could use a little updating. You could tell the Place had be taken care of, with good PM. I would love itif the furniture was updated a biid, couch, and Chairs in living room, need to be replaced/cleaned up. BUT the view was uncreditable!

This unit was good! There are a few things that need to be addressed; the shower know in the second bathroom did not work, air filter had not been changed in a long while, a couple of the bar stools tops were detached. I contacted the owner and he was very nice and said he would get it all addressed ASAP! We will stay in this unit again.

Huntington By The Sea is my favorite location in Florida. Unit 307 was everything I expected it to be. I will definitely book this unit again. Well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, condo was nicely furnished. The balcony is perfect for dolphin watching and just relaxing any time of day. I had a question prior to my stay and the owner was quick to answer and very nice. Very relaxing vacation!

My family and I came down for a quick getaway. James was helpful and tried to accommodate our requests. Although construction was going on, it did not keep us from having a good time in the pool and on the beach.

The overall all experience was good. We were unable to use the patio due to construction but we knew that when we booked it so it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Since we’re right on the beach, the patio being unusable wasn’t the worst thing. The only issue was the condo wasn’t ready at the time we arrived and the cleaning crew was still there. The owner had granted us early check in which were very excited about since we had driven 8 hours, he immediately reached out to us after we tried entering the condo but encountered the cleaning crew. We only had to wait an additional 30 minutes so it wasn’t that big of an issue. Overall it was a nice condo and enjoyable experience.

Even with construction underway on the balconies, our stay was great! With direct access to the beach, friendly neighbors, and great management our stay was nothing less than amazing! Very private peaceful atmosphere and awesome communication with the host.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Huntington by the Sea condo. Even though there was construction on the outside of the building, the listed was clear that it was going on and after I booked, the owner called me personally to make sure we were ok with that. The workers started about 8:30 am and about that time we were ready to hit the beach or go out for the day. The weather was very nice but a little windy.

We loved the condo, but the best part was the balcony. The weather was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was furnished well. The only thing lacking was extra towels - I do recommend bringing some with you.

The property was clean and the beach view is beautiful. The condo was nicely decorated and the master bed was very comfortable. The property is under construction so it was noisy early in the morning. I would love to stay again when the remodel is complete.

The location of this condo couldn't be beat imo. The beach was "private", so it wasn't too busy, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were big pluses ($45/day value). The condo was clean and comfortable - as expected.
The property was going through some needed maintenance so it was noisy from 8am-5pm, but it wasn't that big of a deal - the owner did warn us about that before our arrival. Under normal circumstances, the stay would have been that much better.
Communication with the owner was great and the check-in process was flawless. We'd be very happy to stay here again on a future visit.

We were warned ahead they they would be doing upgrades on the outside. It very very noisy. But thankfully we had great weather and we’re able to stay outside. The condo was nice and clean and very adequate for us. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions.

This condo was so easy to get in and out of! Loved that it was a smaller condo, very nice for families looking for a peaceful getaway. Beds were very comfy, great linens, nice outdoor furniture, and clean! Would recommend 10/10 and book again.

We loved staying at this property because it was directly on the beach and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and dining. The master bed slept extremely well and the oversized patio allowed us to enjoy the sound of crashing waves and beautiful sunsets. Will definitely stay again.

This condo was very nice, clean, perfect location, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and everything we were looking for. James was very quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns and even sent a maintenance person over immediately when we mentioned a light was out in the kitchen. We would be happy to stay here again and hope to do so in the future.

Location was awesome!!! Parking lot and away from being right off the main road, which is the best of both worlds. Close to the action but far enough away for quiet and ease of entering and exiting the property. Condo was well stocked with cooking utensils, great view, comfortable beds and again, great location!!
