The style of the property was awesome. Very clean, neat, and very well taken care of

The parking for each apt. If someone was parked directly behind you, it made it very difficult to get out of the parking spot. (Very understandable considering the space, if I was in a bigger vehicle)

The proximity to the beach, shopping malls, other activities.

Our door lock failed and we had to get a locksmith come out at 2/3am (greatly appreciative of him). The old lock had to be changed.

I had to ask for an iron twice and never received it. I was told no pets but every other person there had their pet

Everything was just so convenient for us. The beach was just a walk or short drive away. There are many restaurants near by and even an arcade for the kids. The house was very spacious and it was great that there was a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys already there was us to be able to use. The beds were very comfortable. It was an overall cozy home.

The main road has a lot of traffic which is unavoidable. It can take 10+ minutes to go a few miles. Also it can take a long time to get to the closest major grocery store due to the traffic. Just something to consider when planning to stay here.

The facilities were excellent. Our family will love to come back. Thanks for the opportunity.

Everything was excellent. 2 thing for management to check: some water coming out of the bottom of the fridge and the outside shower needs some washers, is spray leaking.

The house had lots of room, good appliances.

I had emailed 2 weeks prior to us arriving and asked if we could check in by noon, I was told my request was accepted and we could! When we got there around noon they refused to give us a code until 4pm. So we had 5 kids in a car even longer. Also when we got there, there was a light fixture completely off the fan and laid on the bed broken, so that room had no light in it. The toilets were hard to flush, we found trash under each bed, the hot water ran out. Also the listing said “a short 3 minute walk to the beach” it was more like a 10-15 minute walk and you had to get on a big road and then cross another big road. Not ideal with 5 kids.
