The heater in the pool was not working and it is a little run down but we enjoyed our stay.

Location is steps to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola beach. A good walk to the shops. Pools was used well by the kids, grill too! Layout and location were great. Easy access to beach. Good number of beds and master bed/bath were the best. The house needs serious updates though. Dining stable was in bad condition and couldn’t be cleaned thoroughly (old paper and stuff stuck to surface). Toilets clog easily (and not from kids putting too much toilet paper). Dishwasher needs replacing as it doesn’t clean well. All oven pans are old, scratched and dented. All we had to clean was a few brooms and a terrible mop. The pool was nice to have but the back yard was dangerous. The sandy area was covered with thorny vines and several people stepped on broken glass in the sand around the pool. Personally, I would not rent this property again.

The house was a one-minute walk from the beach. It was clean. The beds were veeeery comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. Don’t forget to bring your own beach towels!
