The place was immaculate and spacious. Alice, the Host was wonderful. I cant say enough nice things about her. She was very easy to work with. She met us at a nearby bridge and showed us all around the beautiful apartment. She was extremely friendly and always available and eager to help if needed. She even left us a bottle of wine and a few beers in the fridge along with some coffee, juice and pastries for breakfast! There is a terrace directly on the Grand Canal Where my wife and I would share a bottle of wine each night. This place is fantastic! Book it! You won't regret it. We will be going back!

Everything! The location was perfect for easy arrival/departure & access to all that Venice has to offer. The terrace right on the Grand Canal was priceless & the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable & fully equipped. In addition, our host was lovely, helpful & generous with goodies in the fridge & pantry. Even with staying on the busy Grand Canal, the bedroom (we only used one of the bedrooms) was perfectly quiet at night since it faces a courtyard.

Nothing except we should have booked more nights since I didn’t want to leave.

Alice's warm welcome to her beautiful apartment was lovely. The apartment was stunning and we really enjoyed the terrace on the Grand Canal. The thoughtful extras provided were amazing from the well stocked fridge to lovely toiletries. We will be back hopefully!

Nothing- it was perfect!

Host met me at the train station, helped with bags on short walk to the apartment. FABULOUS welcome and service, it was outstanding. Everything was wonderful, spacious, luxurious, comfortable. Great host made me feel so much at home, brought me cakes and treats mid-stay! Beautiful property, my very fave. place on my Italy tour. Luxurious toiletries, am now officially an Ortigia fan! Terrace was outstanding, sitting there in evening when canal was quiet was a magical experience. Can't wait to be back, say hi to Noveno (the very good dog upstairs) :-) thanks!! Christine

There is absolutely nothing to dislike !

Everything was perfect. From being met at the vaporetto stop (a 2-minute walk away), to the beautiful appartment on the Grand Canal. Alice made us feel very welcome and we really appreciated the cold beers, wine and juices in the fridge!

Terrazza Momon was charming in every way and immaculate. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and watching all of the activity on the Grand Canal, particularly early in the morning and at sunset. We slept well on linen sheets, relaxed in the jetted bath tub with amazing bath salts, and in the morning enjoyed the fabulous coffee and tea provided. There is so much we could share, but simply said we loved our stay. Alice welcomed us and was available throughout our stay. She provided wonderful treats, a bottle of wine, and even a welcome basket for the family dog.

Alice and her mom were absolutely the best and the sweetest hosts you could ever find. The house is fully equipped and has top quality complimentary items that make the difference. It was a faboulous experience and can't wait to be back. GRAZIE, YOU ROCK !! <3

Excellent location and very nice property. The host is very kind and helpful. There are lots of shops and markets nearby for your daily needs. The terrace on Canal Grande, where you can have lunch or just relax, is a jewel.

Our stay in Terrazza Momon was absolutely perfect. Alice was a such a welcoming and helpful host, waiting for us to hand us the keys and explaining everything to us, even giving us great recommendations for restaurants and everything we needed to know. We were kindly greeted with some sweet delicacies that made our arrival very pleasant. The apartment is furnished and decorated with so much love to the detail and extremely clean, so that we immediately felt very comfortable. The bedroom is nice and quiet and has a really comfortable bed, so we had an amazing sleep. The apartment is placed in the perfect location as everything is within walking distance. The absolute highlight is the marvelous terrace facing the Grand Canal and it's perfect to enjoy breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine at sunset with a wonderful view. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Our stay was perfect. The host Alice was lovely and met us upon arrival to walk us to the apartment & gave us some helpful tips and recommendations. The apartment was spacious and well presented, and was full with all the necessities & also traditional Venetian/Italian food and drink. It way exceeded our expectations.

Terrazza Momon ist is a wonderful place to enjoy life in Venice. The location in a historic Palazzo directly on the Canal Grande is exceptional. We loved to watch the lively traffic from the apartment or the terrace. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. We could not find a better place in Venice. Terrazza Momon is just about perfect in every way. It is a beautiful, large apartment right on the Grand Canal with a huge terrace, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and even a laundry room. The view of the Canal from the living room and terrace is just magnificent. The hosts, Alice and her mother Chiara, are exceptionally kind and accommodating. Alice met us with the keys and explained everything about the apartment when we arrived. She had stocked the fridge with special snacks and drinks--pastries from a famous bakery, ice pops from the local gelateria, beer and soda, fresh fruit, and more. Chiara had recommended a bunch of nearby restaurants, but when we arrived is was too late to go out to eat, so we were very grateful for the pasta and pesto sauce we found in a cupboard. We tried several of the restaurants later and they were all excellent. The apartment is stocked with plenty of clean towels and linens, luxurious toiletries, slippers, rain boots, umbrellas and ponchos, maps--everything a traveler might need. Everything about the place was just so thoughtful and lovely. Alice even booked a private boat tour for us, which I know wasn't easy because it was a last-minute request on a busy weekend. I highly recommend Terrazza Momon for families and couples who want a home away from home in Venice!

This is on a busy part of the Grand canal, so it could be a bit noisy during peak hours. However, it was interesting to watch all the different kinds of boats going by.

Great place to stay, with Terrace on the Grand Canal. Very well equipped and comfortable. Bonus items were umbrellas, rain poncho's & wellington boots in case of weather or Acqua Alta when they would be extremely useful. I brought a raincoat because of the time of year but would not have had wellies! Alice was extremely helpful and responsive. The location was great, close to most places (well it is Venice) but it was possible to walk to the Rialto bridge & Piazza San Marco or if you prefer there are the vaparetto which go pretty much everywhere. It's a lovely city & I recommend walking around randomly as often this is the best way to find new & interesting places to visit. Although a trip on the water offers other views from on foot.

The kitchen was very well equipped with the exception of an electric kettle which is more convenient.

This is a stunning place! We have seen many apartments in Venice, but this one was the best. Fantastic location direct on the Canal Grande. Very charming interior and a very friendly host. We felt very, very welcome.

I have to say, Alice is amazing! She prepared everything for us to stay just like home. Further more, she picked us up at Pizzale Roma herself and companied us to the apartment. The apartment is really beautiful and cozy. We spent two nights there, totally not enough! Definitely will return in the future.
