spacious, large with a lovely garden and secure. located near the restaurants, beach and shops . let us have a late check out and store our luggage until we had to go to the airport.

lovely old villa, with antique furniture and nice veranda

A bit dated. Clearly no one has lived there for a while and kitchen is poorly equipped.(e.g. 3 wine glasses for an apartment for 5). If more than 3 people use it, then pull out bed in living room has to be used.

Perfect position, close to the spiaggia, beautiful building in old venetian style. Lot of big rooms.

The house hasn't A/C! The temperature was approx 30 also during the nights, it was impossible to sleep. There were 3 ventillators, but all of them old, noisy and dirty. Everything was amortized. We hadn't the possibility to change the villa for another hotel, because it was obligatory to pay the price in one amount in advance one years ago. The terrace had bad, uncomfortable and amortized chairs and table. In the full neglected garden we tried to move carefully to avoid the contact with the weed and the insects. The owner lives in Rome, so nobody takes care of the house and garden. It is a question of the luck, if the guest can find free parking place in the neighborhoud, because the guests of the Beach use the same parking places on the streets. The shopping possibilities (of course to buy food) are far from the villa. Never more in this villa. Extrem big disappointment. The owners of the villa didn't inform us that on the day of our arrival the ferry between Tronchetto and Lido is out of order because a fiesta of Venice (like every year on this day). We had to turn back from Tronchetto and make an extra 65 km to Punta Sabbioni and use that ferry to the Lido. It was very unpleasant from the owners.

Comfortable rooms, lots of privacy, great garden and terrace to have a morning coffee. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and vaporetto stop. I would strongly recommend it and will be back!

I wasn’t aware of the extra tax payable on arrival. City tax was included in the price of the listing and I was convinced this was the final price. I would suggest making this clear in the description that there is an extra fee to be paid ( it was around 10% of the value of initial price)
