We were very happy with many things about this property. It was such an easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood was so very nice to walk around and take in the scenery. The home was spacious and exactly as the photos portrayed. It was a short drive to the boardwalk and some great walking trails. Our host was very friendly and readily available to us. We would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay in Wendy's home was fantastic! She was such an amazing host!!! The house was clean, spacious and in a perfect location! The walk to the beach was not long at all and so we walked on it almost every morning and every night! We highly recommend this rental and would 10/10 stay here again:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12-day stay at this beautiful house. The house was spacious, extremely comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood that was a convenient walk to a very nice part of the beach. Wendy was so helpful with any question we had including checking the wifi speed (which was fast) and giving us restaurant recommendations - she even took the time to check Yelp to see if there were any new restaurants with good reviews. We are looking forward to staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! It's very conveniently located with a short walk to the beach. The home is well stocked with beach gear such as boards, beach cart, sand toys and more. It is also just over 1 mile to the boardwalk which was lovely. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood; quiet times on the screened in porch area; morning coffee in the rockers on the front porch. Very well kept home with lots of room for a crowd.

This was an excellent house for our late summer extended weekend get away. Location was just a short walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. The house had everything we needed to include beach chairs, umbrelllas, boogey boards, etc. We would definitely return if our plans take us to South Bethany in the future!

We had a great stay at this house. The back porch was wonderful for the adults to hang out on after the kids went to sleep. Great location!

We couldn't have asked for a better location or more kind and responsive host. Wendy was amazing from the time we signed up until check out. The house is short walk to the beach, located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is also a short drive or bike ride to Sea Colony where we enjoyed playing tennis every day and made some great new friends! This was our first vacation in a pet-friendly house, and we were pleasantly surprised at how well-kept and clean the house was, even though it had been rented out to others with pets. The floor plan was perfect for our family. The three levels allowed the little ones and the teens ample space for privacy. We can't wait to come back next year!

Wendy was a great host, very responsive as we braced for the Hurricane... all thru the wind, rain and power outage Wendy kept checking in on us as well as sharing emergency info!! Plenty of room for all and that front porch was a great place to relax after our day at the beach!!

We had a great trip even during these difficult times. It was nice to be down at the south end of Bethany where you could spread out. The neighborhood was great to walk (and scooter) around. The kids had a great time. 5 star trip!

Wendy, the property manager, was such a pleasure to communicate with and her response time was phenomenal. Her place is a sweet, comfortable house with a pleasant vibe and nice furnishings. Our yellow lab loved the yard and the short walk to the beach was easy. I would definitely recommend!

The house is very accommodating and comfortable. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The house is well maintained and up to date. You have everything you need in the kitchen. Bathrooms/showers were great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is very close to the beach, very spacious and clean. The owner responds quickly and is very accommodating. The house is also dog friendly, which is always a bonus. Nice backyard for her to walk around. Will definitely come back!

We have always loved the walkability of South Bethany Beach. With a toddler and dog in our gathering this year, it was great to have places to walk safely. The canals are beautiful, but we were pleased to find a house with a yard away from the water. Everything in the house was in excellent condition. Beautifully decorated and inviting. Plenty of room for our crew of 7 to find places to hang out together as well as find quiet places for reading. I especially appreciated all the beach gear available for our use.

We have been coming to Bethany Beach for years and with a growing family needed to upgrade. This house was perfect! Three floors, two decks, it has everything. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy our favorite places to see, eat and have fun! Wendy is great to work with. We look forward to returning next year!

we had two families of four (with two dogs and four kids under the age of 4---oy) and we found this property to be perfect. Close to the beach, close to the canals, but not so close we had to worry about children falling in. It was a cozy but not so tight that we felt claustrophobic. Wendy was super responsive anytime we had questions pre-trip and during.

Really quiet place to stay, love being only few miles North of OC and South of Rehoboth. Extremely quiet back street area, great for morning and evening walks, short walk over to beach. House is well stocked, good setup if you have several vacationers in terms of rooms and space to spread out. Owner was terrific to work with, responsive and very helpful.

We have just returned from a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. The layout of the home was perfect for the grandparents in the master, grandchildren in the ground floor and parents in between. Highlights of the house: OUTSIDE SHOWER!!, lots of cooking supplies (we cooked almost every night), lots of spaces to escape (decks, loft, downstairs sitting room), ample parking, large dining room table to eat and play games. The beach is in easy walking distance. Clean, well maintained, and not crowded. We brought a metal detector and planted a treasure chest for the kids (inserted a hammer for the metal detector, but gave the kids a treasure map as well). The sunrises are magnificent! And evenings on the beach are so relaxing! Things to do: We walked all through the canals and Middlesex. Bike riding on the Route 1 bike shoulder. Boardwalk concerts. Geocaching. Breweries. Dickens Theater. Outlets. Rehoboth boardwalk. If you are out of town, there are two public mini libraries - one by the township building on the border of Middlesex and one behind McDonald’s, but Wendy’s library is the best - lots of great reads! Puzzles in the downstairs cabinet. Magnet fishing in the creek off Kent Rd. Sent Wendy a question during the week and she responded immediately. And our dog was very happy that she was able to share our vacation with us! A fun time was had by all.

House was clean and welcoming. Located in quiet South Bethany. Beach and boardwalk are short drive away (easy enough to bike or walk—-if you aren’t carrying beach chairs, etc). House had plenty of sleeping room, with separate entrance/ exit on two floors (helpful when the young adults are coming in after the elders have gone to sleep). Outside front porch and enclosed back deck were favorite gathering places for our family. The only issues were minor ones that could easily worked around: lack of food storage/pantry area (however, PLENTY of cooking supplies!) and we had a bit of trouble with the newly installed Directv. Again, a minor detail as weather was wonderful and not a lot of tv watching, anyway! Coffee maker didn’t want to behave...think it’s the coffee maker, rather than the baristas, as this family is extremely proficient at coffee prep! Overall, a great experience! Owners could not be any more helpful and responsive, including tips for places to visit, dine, etc...much appreciated.

Our extended family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this home. With three levels, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but the open feel to the main floor with the kitchen, dining area and living room, allowed all of us to be together as well. The owner was prompt with answering questions and very easy to work with.
