Enjoyed exploring Bellagio and nearby Varenna. The apartment is in a perfect location. The only con is that we thought parking was included but it ended up being an additional cost. Very convenient to have a place to park though.

A must stay if you are looking for an authentic como experience. Paolo was extremely accommodating even helped us get a taxi when boat line was long. The quarters are immaculate with a view of the lake to die for. Everything was perfect and out of a fairytale. Highly recommend staying here you will not regret a thing!

This place was perfectly situated to shops, restaurants and the ferry. The inside was modern and spacious with two wonderful restaurants right below the balcony which has the most beautiful view of the lake. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

That's a great place to stay in Bellagio. The location is excellent, right in the center of the city with multiple restaurants, wine bars, shopping options. The place itself is great! Great views of the lake, super clean and comfortable. Paolo was a fantastic host - always available and providing us with multiple tips about restaurants and places to go.

Wonderful space for my wife and I and our two teenagers. Beds super comfy, AC was great, internet great, everything you need in the kitchen. Even a bottle of wine for us on the table. Amazing, Amazon view from the balcony!! Couldn’t be a better location next to the restaurants, shops, gelato and the ferry boats. Super easy to find because the host video calls you and welcomes you. I’ve never had better communication from a host. We’ll be coming back for a week or so next time.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t. I would live in this apartment in a heartbeat. It’s the highest praise I can offer.

We had a wonderful stay in Paolo's apartment. The photos do not to justice to how spacious, light, airy and clean this place is. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed our nightly glass of wine viewing the lake from our balcony. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to small grocery shops and restaurants. The checkin process was easy and Paolo followed up to ensure we had gotten into the apartment OK. He was also on top of the electric outage we had due to high winds, ensuring that we were not in the dark for the day. We would recommend this apartment to friends and would return should we be in Bellagio again.

Everything was perfect from the check in process to support to interactions with the owner. Wonderful place to stay, we highly recommend it.

The location of the house in Bellagio was great. For the most part, the property was found like it was described on the description. The only issue we had was that the AC unit in the living room didnt really work at all and the unit in one of the bedrooms wasn’t performing very well. Other than that, we had a great experience.

The property manager was always in touch with us, in case we had questions. Very clean and perfect location in Bellagio within walking distance to the ferry port/shops/ above two restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

The two bedrooms are great, the bathroom is a really nice size and the kitchen and living room are huge. The washing machine was a huge help for travelers. The air conditioning was also great! Everything is brand new and extremely clean. We felt like we were the first occupants! The apartment is located right above La Fontana restaurant. We ate there 3 times because the owner Mario is fantastic and the food is the best in town. Hands down. The view from the apartment is amazing, the pictures on this site really don’t do it justice! Dealing with Paolo and his property manager,Carla. was super easy. They are extremely friendly, very professional and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and rent this apartment!! Place was great, new and updated, just as advertised. Great location for walking to the places around the Lake. Traveled there with an 11 month old as well and were very accommodating to the needs of the baby. Would definitely stay there again. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

Words cannot express what a great apartment this is ! The location was the absolute best ! The view is perfect and Carla who lets you in and shows you around is adorable !! The apartment is immaculate and very modern ! We loved everything about it and highly recommend it ! Thank you ! Can’t wait to come back someday !

We had a wonderful time!

I traveled with my wife and 5 year old and we stayed for four nights at Paolo's apartment. The location is ideal, close to the lake with easy access to the docks from where you will take the ferries to other towns along the lake. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The apartment is spacious, the balcony overlooking the lake is perfect for outdoor dining, and the kitchen is great to make simple meals in. There is a grocery store half a block away, from where we picked up fruits and breakfast food for our stay. Paolo is very responsive, and he has a gem of a housekeeper Mrs. Carla who welcomes you to the house and is amazing with kids. Our daughter loved seeing her every morning (she lives next door) and she is the sweetest lady despite not knowing any English. :) Overall, we will stay at Paolo's place whenever we return, and hopefully have as amazing a stay as we did this time. Highly recommend for families!

Paolo’s charming apartment is simply amazing. The building is located in the midst of the all the shops and restaurants in Bellagio, and yet still feels like a total getaway. The view from the balcony is absolutely idyllic and we spent a lot of time sipping espresso and reading books there in the early mornings. The flat itself is clean, sheik, and stylish and a lovely place to relax. Paolo is always just a message away and Sra. Carla, the in-building point person, is a total gem.

The apartment was perfect. We enjoyed the lovely terrace with it's amazing view! Everything was new. It could not have been any better and we plan to come back again and stay longer. Mrs. Cathy is lovely.

We were very happy with our stay in this Bellagio flat. The location in the city was perfect with easy access to the city, shops, restaurants, etc. The view of Lake Como was beautiful. There were steps up to the third floor, but there are steps all over Bellagio so prepare for them. One thing that would have been nice at the apartment is a coffee maker. We don't drink espresso so buying 2-3 cups of coffee every day at 2 euros each X four people gets pricey. It would have been cheaper for us to buy a coffee machine and leave it there than paying for coffees every day! Otherwise it was fantastic and we highly recommend it.
