The location is perfect, the host is very friendly and offers recommendations. Clean and comfortable. Close to everything you'd need.
Only a slight issue with the heating on the first night, it couldn't quite keep up, maybe also because the windows were open until we checked in, but it was ok on the second night.

Wir hatten die Wohnung im 2. Stock. Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß ( 2 Schlafzimmer) und hat sogar einen Wäscheraum, der auch zum schlafen umfunktioniert werden kann. Die Lage ist top; 2.Reihe zum See. Man ist nach 1-2 Minuten an der Promenade. Die Ausstattung ist auch super, es wurde an alles gedacht. Klod hat uns super betreut und war auch sehr hilfreich bei der Restaurantauswahl. Aber Achtung man kann nicht mit dem Auto nachmittags bis zur Wohnung fahren. Der Fußweg ist nur kurz vom öffentlichen Parkplatz entfernt, also kein Problem. Man muss nur daran denken…. Wir hatten es vergessen ….;)

The location was perfect and the apartment was fantastic- it made our trip to Bellagio even better. It had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Silvia was always on hand to help us when we needed and very friendly! Thank you 😊

wonderful location, very close to ferry, a convenience store and the best gelateria in Bellagio (Borgo) and excellent Trattoria San Giacomo.

It was hard to get luggage up stairs because we had large suitcases.
Also would have like more coffee and milk as we were there for 3 days but was good to have a coffee machine.

Not a criticism but a mirror in the double room would of been nice as we had to keep popping into the double room . And the host could of made the outside space much nicer without costing much. But it didn’t stop us having a fantastic holiday.

Excellent location ideally in the city center. Very comfortable living space with air conditioning (it's a must if you're traveling in peak summer). Communication with Silvia was perfect

1. Location - it‘s really in the center of Bellagio. Easy access to the beautiful sceneries, restaurants, and ferry terminal.
2. Apartment - very spacious, the bed is big enough. The bathroom is modern, the shower is really good.
1. Location - not owner‘s fault but since it‘s in the center, it can be really very loud at night and in the early morning, the bedroom is located just on the side of the street where cars and people are passing by.
2. Apartment - the bed is really uncomfortable, it‘s hard, my husband and I both suffered backpains. In the kitchen, the oven and the utensils are very dirty, especially the pans, already with rust and the coating is peeling off. The washing machine is so stinky I had to let it run twice and clean it so the smell will be gone. There is a balcony but no place to hang the laundry.

The apartment is very nice very big and modern. The rooms are huge and everything is good quality. It is very central in an elegant building close to everything you need from shops to the lake. It is definitely worth the stay and the price was very reasonable for what we got. The host was nice and polite and very helpful as well. We have enjoyed our stay a lot and we would return there anytime.

Great location. Was able to unload luggage and then move car. We were helped to a parking spot which was lovely. Quite convenient to small local grocer and many restaurants. Loved being in the middle of things near the church.
Not much i didnt like!! The living room/dining space is tight though the bedrooms and bathroom are of nice size.
