Our stay was decent. There are two bathrooms, and one of the shower heads was completely broken so we had to have all of our 9 guests mostly use one bathroom which was inconvenient, but besides that the stay was overall enjoyable and fit our whole group (with three people sleeping on the couch)

Ok but issues with deposit
First up the property looks ideal. However the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and needed replacing.
Other repairs required around the property.
The weird ramp in the kitchen was strange and steeper than it looked.
The check in process was an unexpected issue with more time taken even though I did everything online first.
Then my deposit has not been returned after 4weeks and lots of chasing up

This is a slightly unusual space -- there is a slanted floor in the kitchen that would be difficult for anyone who is very tall -- but it is well positioned in a nice neighborhood, and is very comfortable. The back garden area is lovely, and provides a sun trap from about mid-morning.

Not Great
The pictures on this listing are very generous. This property sits in a large complex with apartments everywhere - there is no privacy. As for the inside, the kitchen sits on a large slope that looks like a ramp. The freezer was frozen over and not usable. The walls were dirty- fingerprints and smudges- it did not look clean. Nobody had cleaned or even looked at the pool- we had to ask them to come do that, so we lost 2 days of pool time. It was the only place in Spain that did not greet us with a bottle of wine or even a bottle of water, and the property company who checked us in was not friendly. Would not recommend.

I liked absolutely everything, so much so that I prolonged my stay by a few days. The studio and the reception are super clean, the interior design is lovely, the receptionist extremely friendly. They have thought of absolutely everything. I warmly recommend this place. I travel quite a bit and have stayed in many different accomodations and this one is definitely top!

Excellent apartment in a beautiful part of Barcelona, you couldn’t ask for more. Spacious, airy, bright, perfect wi-if connection, only 10 quickly and pleasant minute to the center of Barcelona, 20 pleasant min to Park Guell, in an animated neighborhood but at the same time quite at night for a very pleasant sleep, comfortable beds. Kitchen very well equipped,is present even a coffee machine for a very good coffee in the morning. The staff welcomed us and show us the house and the parking space nearby. Everything was perfect and we really found here in Barcelona a home away from home.

Great location; Good for young travellers
The location of the property was fantastic, and the private pool was lovely. The only major issue we had is that one of the rooms opens up into the shared space of the building. We were uncomfortable having our kids in that room. I recommend for groups of young travelers. The cleaning service was fantastic!

The place itself makes you feel like you staying at a 5 star hotel yet you are in a residential building. The amenities are top notch down to the little details. If you want to see Barcelona, this place would not disappoint and ensure a very comfortable stay. We will certainly stay here again.
