We’ve had a pleasant stay in this wonderful and big house. Too bad the weather was not as well as we hoped. But with all the nice towns in the neighbourhood, we had lots of distraction and entertainment. The owner Juan is very nice and always available for questions.

We have just stayed her for 10 nights and it’s fantastic you would need to hire a car if you wanted to explore like we did but to be honest you could stay just in the villa all week it’s a cracking place far enough away to just get in the pool and relax with out being over watched Juan is great every morning came and removed pool cover and cleaned the pool and checked all chemicals were correct and safe for the kids you were left alone and not bothered at all but he give us his what’sapp any problems or information he answered immediately (we didn’t have not 1 problem) loads of towels cutlery plates and glasses all ready to cook straight away we loved it and the kiddy’s had a smashing time too, thank you very much Juan for letting us stay at your wonderful place.

We Enjoyed our time at this place. It is a little outside of town so you need a car. But the house was beautiful and the game room was very nice for the kids.

This is a great property! Lovely pool (well worth paying for it heating if the beginning or end of a season), good space inside, very clean and tidy, games room is great! Juan is very accommodating and helpful, always happy to advise or assist where possible! We will be back!!!

We spent a wonderfully relaxing five days in Juan's beautiful and well-appointed villa. We found it exactly as described and the perfect place for quiet, relaxing short break. After making the booking I contacted Juan via WhatsApp and found him to be very friendly and helpful. As agreed he met us at the villa at 3pm on the day of check-in to welcome us and show us around. As the remote control sliding gates opened they revealed the gorgeous villa at the end of a long driveway amongst lush gardens. Such a fantastic first impression!!! We entered the large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area and were impressed by the quality of furnishings and appliances. This is definitely a well appointed, luxurious which didn't disappoint. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms as seen in the photos, all air-conditioned and equally well furnished, with another large bedroom on the ground floor. The large bathroom with enormous jazuzzi bath and separate rain shower was fantastic! Going back down the stairs you notice the beautiful stained glass window at the front of the villa which provides a nice natural lighting effect. Then down to the basement, a nice games room/living area as you'll see from the photos. Pool table, darts, table tennis, TV and a bar make for a great second living area if you have a large group. But finally, outside to the best part of the villa; the beautiful garden and pool area. Immediately outside the back door you have a nicely shaded seating area, then a step down to the pool with a great jazuzzi built in. Two separate table and chair sets, four great sun loungers with large shade umbrellas and two other sun loungers, so plenty of seating for everyone. A coal barbecue is in a covered area at the poolside, which also includes a sink/worktop and fridge-freezer. I was only ever a few steps away from a cold beer! The pool area is surrounded by all kinds of foliage to maintain a private, discreet outside environment. Lemons, figs and olives are all growing in the enormous garden. The trees nicely screen you from the neighbours but we rarely noticed they were even there. It's in a lovely remote, quiet location that is so peaceful and relaxing. Nearby Alhaurin el Grande has restaurants, shops etc. You will definitely need a car to get around. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Juan is an excellent host and it was a genuine pleasure to meet him and spend time at his villa. We're already looking forward to our next trip!!!

We (two families with 5 kids) spent a week holiday. The place was very nice, especially the pool are for young kids. A lot of space in the house. All worked well! Floor tiles outside and inside were slippery when wet. Nice small village near the house. Another master bedroom would have been nice. Also wild cats on the yard area and barking dogs like it’s quite normal outside the towns in rural areas. Juan was a very good host. This place is recommended!

We met up with friends from back home in Canada and stayed at the villa. There were 6 of us, four adults and 2 children, and we had more than enough space to be comfortable, and the common areas and the pool and patio were fantastic. The pool was warm, the outdoor grill was out to good use, and the basement pool table, ping pong and dartboard were great for some in-house entertainment. It was an easy drive to Malaga and to Torremolinos. The nearby town of Alhaurin el Grande was convenient for groceries and we had a great dinner at a local restaurant there. Juan was very helpful and met us when we arrived, saw us off when we left, and made sure the pool was heated and ready for us from the start. A great stay.

We travel all over the world from London and New York staying at resorts and vacation rentals and have rented one of our properties to vacationers - so we have a lot of experience. Juan Daniel is a wonderful host who shows genuine interest in the quality of your experience at the villa. We had a personal tour of the time home and all the excellent amenities available at the villa from Juan upon arrival. He was very diligent in ensuring that we were comfortable and had access to the heated pool during this winter break visiting twice a day to confirm the temperature was maintained during our stay. The villa is even more lovely than the picture revealed. There is plenty of space for an extended family. The kitchen, bathrooms, TV, internet, patio and pool, BBQ and the beautiful surroundings in the hills all exceeded our expectations - especially given that we are used to relatively large homes in the USA . Very comfortable and modern all around. The nearby town Alhaurin El Grande was lovely during the holidays with beautiful decorations and many restaurants to choose from. Malaga and other coastal towns are only a 25 min drive from the house. There are also several supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend this villa to families. It must be even more wonderful during the spring and summer - though even in late December the sun was shining almost every day. Thank you, Juan, and perhaps we will see you again in the future.

Great host and house

We just got back from Spain and we were lucky enough to book this villa for a week at last minute. My family really enjoyed having our own pool that we could use whenever we wanted. We enjoyed the diner in the garden and relaxing with drinks by the pool watching the sun set whilst kids played in the pool.We had everything we need and Juan was always ready to help. I would definitely come back and I will make sure I will book it for min of 2 weeks. 1 weeks is never enough. Thank Juan for making everything easy and providing a beautiful villa. See you soon. This villa had everything you need to get away and relax! Luxury! Clean, comfortable, quiet and all convienences needed to enjoy your stay. Easy drive from Malaga airport. We visited in February and had requested the pool be heated and it was very enjoyable! The patio and bbq are perfect for a long weekend away as a couple or with friends. Small town with all the amenities (groceries, petrol, restaurants, etc) is a 10 minute drive away. Daniel was friendly and really helpful with all of our questions. We had a fantastic time here and will return again. Highly recommended!

We spent there one week holiday in May. Villa was perfect to us. Owner was great and trusty person. No any complains, everything went smoothly and we were happy. Totally relaxing villa and surroundings, We found 2 local restaurants/bars within a few minutes walk of the property and were both very reasonably priced for the very high standard of cleanliness and quality of food. Juan Daniel is the most helpful owner I have ever met ( I use villa companies 4-5 times per year ) he is on hand to assist with any requests and needs. My daughter took a giant inflatable unicorn that would have taken us the full week to inflate, I contacted Daniel and told him of the situation, not only did he bring me an air compressor but helped to inflate and carried it round to the pool for my daughter. The property is of a very high standard and stunning, we spent the week enjoying the sun in the comfy relaxing area of the gardens and then enjoyed the log burning fire in the main living room at night. Everything we needed to enjoy our holiday with the feeling of home comforts was there. I don't think Daniel could improve the villa even if he tried. Thanks so much for the most relaxing holiday I have ever had mate.. if only all owners were like you holidays would be much more fun and comfortable. 🌞 P.s. The local cats visited us each day to say hello and have a little munch, that made my daughter so happy as she loves cats and the local cats were friendly and well behaved, it helped her miss our own family pets a little less. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This villa was really luxurious and offered everything we needed for our one week stay. We were most impressed by the standard of the property and it was immaculately clean with all the latest gadgets. Juan was there to greet us and explain what we needed to know and more. He was professional and courteous and replied promptly to any questions we had afterwards via whatsapp messages. The lovely bowl of fruit awaiting us was a lovely gesture too. A hire car is recommended unless you are the type who enjoys staying in and around the pool all day. It was a little too cold in March for this and the pool wasn't heated, except by solar means. Apparently, this is a cost issue, though we did brave the pool in the last day or two of our stay and I'm sure it will be a perfect temperature later in the season. We all would definitely recommend a stay here and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Juan for a great holiday.

We had a great holiday in this villa! House is juist as described and very comfortable. Juan is easy to communicate with and was very responsive. We'd love to come back next year!

we were blown away with the standard and cleanliness of the property. lovely pool area, well equipped kitchen and outside barbecue area. the bedrooms were bid enough with plenty of storage space. I would definitely recommend this property to families and groups of friends. we do intend to return again as soon as we can. Daniel was a great host and was available for any queries we had. we did have a couple of breakages ( a glass and a cup) but this was not a major issue and our deposit was returned to us with no fuss at all. the location was ideal, not too close to all the hustle and bustle but near enough to drive in to beaches and towns. we recommend hiring a car, we hired a 6 seater from marbesol who were great. local supermarkets were easily accessible there's an abundance and you'll. pass a lidl on the way to the villa for shopping. Daniel. ensured we had the basics for our arrival. there's a dishwasher and other white goods to use for your stay and beach towels too. the.localmcats came to.visit when we were eout on the patio. there.are some.lovely fruit trees, oranges, avocados and limes, great for adding to a get. can't say enough good things about this property and we hope to return again real soon!!!!! thankyou.daniel once again. trudy and family, blackburn, Lancashire.

Amazing place !! Daniel met us on arrival gave us a tour around the house , very friendly and made us feel welcome. A lovely fresh fruit bowl for us , Lovely house , modern and spotless through out . Pool and BQ added bonus we had great fun every day . Great location . A hired car is a must . Great water park 30 mins away . Defo booking again for next year . Thank you Daniel see you next year .

Myself, my fiancé & our 3 year old arrived on the 10th of September for a 1 week stay! We met Juan outside & he showed us inside the villa & how to use everything. He was lovely & very friendly. The villa was amazing & had everything you would ever need. It was spotless, modern and had beautiful interior. We felt so relaxed and there was games in the garage for my little girl to play with when I could get her out of the pool that is! It is a beautiful place and you will not be dissapointed. We had a BBQ everyday for our dinner & went out to the local town for tea & drinks. I was generally dissapointed to be going home. We will be booking again for next year. Daniel was great and always available. We had no issues and a lovely time. A car is essential if you wish to travel to Malaga. However the nearby town has everything you need.
