Wonderful location, right by the river. Comfy cottages with a modern design.
Breakfast was not that good. The mattress was quite hard.

- The rooms are great, space is great and you don't feel confined.
- Enough parking at premises, and secure 🔐
- The sight of the Nile at dawn..
- The staff are very friendly and super helpful at whatever time of the day, in the middle of the night, always available to assist.
- Rooms are well equipped with kitchen amenities, if you prefer meals from outside.
- The internet is lacking, not well accessible in some rooms.. where it is available, it's quite slow. For the cost, I would expect better. There's room for improvement.
- a few elements of the beddings need to be changed because they're a bit old and no longer white .
- the couch/cushions need to be vacuumed. A lot of dust-like substances are trapped.

Cute cabins and views
Name of hotel is misleading as there is actually no access to the Nile or Lake on the property, you have to leave to access the water. The AC in my room didn't work particularly well. There is no bar or even a refrigerator for people to purchase drinks from. Would recommend stocking a small fridge behind reception where people can buy a beer or soda without having to have the hotel staff leave to buy something. Not the hotel's fault, but the sailing club next door plays loud music into the night, which ruins the relaxing vibe

Big room with a nice a bathroom. The beds have a mosquito net. Assorted breakfast in the morning. Beautiful view of the Nile River from the bay window of our room. The Wi-Fi network worked quite well despite of being cottages. Complimentary fresh drinks on the fridge and tea bags. Kind staff.
We just stayed there during one unforgettable night, so we did not have enough time to realise of any defect...

I’m a pescatarian. On check in they ask what was my preference for breakfast. I told what my needs were and they got it right every day. I was impressed.
The bed is a bit on the hard side which made it a bit of a challenge to have some good nights sleep. Amy second issue isn’t a knock on the hotel but just a personal preference. I’m use to my nights being extremely quiet when I sleep. I could hear all the birds, crickets and what ever other wildlife was in the vicinity at night. This made it difficult for me to sleep.

nothing. It was impossible to like something for this place.
They did not remove their offer at the Booking or others they call when there are a few hours to your trip through to the hotel and said they are in the repair of the roof for 3 rooms. I do not believe that. If it is correct they had to remove their offer on booking sites. I absolutely do not advise you this place, guys...Please think about it before you take your reservation...

It was truly beautiful and very nicely appointed
Although it was very beautiful and very comfortable the cost per night was overpriced. Then when we requested an extra bed in the room we were told it could be done. We were not told until check in that night that they were charging us an additional $30 PER NIGHT for the extra bed. We couldn't say no, but this really angered me and will cause me to choose one of the many other beautiful accommodations around Jinja in the future.

It was perfectly located and had all we needed. The rooms were spacious and cosy as well. The service was excellent and fast. I’d highly recommend it for a holiday.

Overall, the one night stay was fine... the quality of the room and facilities were good.
We were hoping for an open view of the Nile River and/or Lake Victoria.... what one sees advertised and what you get are not exactly the same. If the view was better, we may have stayed longer....
