Great property, very comfortable, lovely sea views, various good restaurants nearby. We could enjoy the pool in late march/early april, slightly cool water but we still enjoyed it lots.

Casa Mila, eine kleine Oase der Ruhe mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Wir haben es genossen morgens mit Sonnenaufgang und Wellenrauschen den Tag zu beginnen. Danke an Lavinia für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Casa Mila liegt direkt am Meer in einem kleinen Dörfchen und ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wenn man durch ein Gartentörchen geht, kann man entweder nach links oder rechts gehen und ist nach ein paar Metern an den Meerwasserschwimmbecken. Die Brandung ist Tag und Nacht zu hören -einfach toll! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts! Alles ist in sehr guter Verfassung und es funktioniert alles! Schön sind auch die drei Schlafzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer mit einer Schlafcouch und das drei Bäder vorhanden sind. Die SZ im 1. Stock haben alle Meerblick! Empfehlenswert ist das Haus durch seine ruhige, sehr schöne Lage. Direkt neben dem Haus ist ein spanisches Restaurant. Dies ist jedoch in keiner Weise störend. Wenn man einfache spanische Küche mag auch praktisch. Sehr angenehm ist die wöchentliche Reinigung des Hauses incl. Wäschewechsel und die Poolreinigung. Für uns die absolute Entspannung den Abend im Hot Tub abzuschliessen! Wir möchten uns herzlich bei den Vermietern Lavinia und Guialtiero Bracci für alles bedanken! Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir wurden hervorragend informiert, die vielen Restaurant Tipps sehr hilfreich. Auch sehr nett fanden wir, dass fürs Erste einige Lebensmittel extra für uns vorhanden waren! Danke schön! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Die Villa liegt direkt am Meer, ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Möbel sind hochwertig, die Küchenausstattung vollständig und nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Ferienwohnungen, die oft nur das Minimum anbieten. Uns hat ein umfangreiches Willkommenspaket erwartet, so dass wir am ersten Abend gar nicht hätten einkaufen gehen müssen. Unsere drei Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Jüngste hat im beheizten Pool schwimmen gelernt. Der Einstieg über eine breite Treppe war sehr angenehm. Auch den Whirlpool haben wir genossen. Der Ort Punta Mujeres hat uns gut gefallen und das Haus liegt wirklich am besten Ort. Für das Gebotene war der Preis mehr als fair. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

We had an amazing experience. The view and proximity to the water were fantastic. Great spot for a family looking to get away. Owner was very responsive and had some great local tips on places to go. We hope to return again!

Lovely house in special location. Everything we needed was provided, great hosts and excellent communications. If we have the chance we would definitely come back.

Enjoyed a lovely 7 day break here, wonderful location and villa , spoilt due to a visit from the owner who advised they were coming to clean the pool on Thursday so we stayed out all day only for them not to arrive and turn up Friday and make an issue about several small things. I dont expect to be treated like a schoolboy and patronised in that way. Two days of our holiday spoilt because you couldn't be bothered to communicate with us that you had changed the day. You had an open line of communication as you had already advised the hot tub was broken and the washing machine was impossible to work.

Casa Mila is a beautiful property in a fantastic location with picturesque sea views. The villa has everything you need, leaving you relaxed and worry free to enjoy your holiday. You do need to venture out of punta mujeres to access decent restaurants and shops, so I would definitely recommend hiring a car, as taxis can be pricey and are not always available when you need them.

Perfect location. Salt pools very close. Lovely walk to Arrieta to restaurants. Villa is perfect for a relaxing week away from it all.

We loved this villa, from hot tub and pool to well equipped kitchen. Best was waking to the sound of the sea and very peaceful location. The restaurant next door was not noisy and had the usual cooking food smells but that didn't bother us. The beds were very comfy and linen was crisp and new. Bathrooms were clean and showers were ok. However if everyone showered at once then one shower ran out of hot water. The garden area was well planned and maintained with cacti all around. The villa would have benefitted from a door mat to help prevent grit and moisture being taken inside. The dishwasher did not work properly despite the owners attempts to fix it and was too small for the size of the villa. We ended up not using it much which was a shame. Would definitely return here.

A real home from home but with the added benefit of a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and the sound of the sea lapping the shore. Casa Mila is a stunning property in an outstanding sea front position, very spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The communication for the owners was excellent and the welcome pack was a lovely touch.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist in der Villa Casa Milla sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind luxeriös ausgestattet und die Lage direkt am Meer ist wundervoll!

We had a lovely 5 day stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The house and village were delightful and we loved the pool and the hot tub when it was warm enough to use them. The weather was rather cool and windy even for this part of the island. The verandah and furniture were perfect for breakfast in the sun, watching the waves. The house is in a good location for exploring the North of the island. Lavinia sent lots of information before we arrived which was very helpful. We'd love to come back, hopefully when the weather is a little better !

My husband and myself stayed at casa mila in October the position and facilities are supurb the pool was warm and large enough to swim in the view is amazing being so close to the ocean and being able to listen to the waves rolling in especially in the evening. you have all you need here at the villa we loved the hot tub late at night enjoying a glass of wine and looking above at the stars, so many places to relax around the outdoor space with the veranda providing shade if nessesary, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals ,the villa is spacious and also ideal for a young family with everything provided even for small children .The beach in Arietta is excellent for swimming and good for families there are some good local places to eat in the area. We have enjoyed are holiday here very much and would love to return The area is away from the busy tourist resorts which for us is what makes it more charming
