We dropped our daughter off at Winchester for the semester and found this flat to use as our base for a few days of exploring. The Loft was cozy, comfortable and super convenient. Fiona is great to work with and if we come back to Winchester, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The initial impression does not match this lovely little Gem. The sitting room / kitchen on the top level was a favourite with our kids. There are two good sized bedrooms and a single room and a small en-suite shower / toilet to the master, this was very useful. The children were not keen on using the hand held shower over the bath tub in the family bathroom although the bath did come in handy for a deep bath. The owners responded very quickly to any queries and they were extremely helpful. The location is excellent especially to give teenagers some independence. Overall, highly recommended.

The unit was very neat and clean. It's off the main roads so nights are quiet but It is an easy walk to the Cathedral area and a very short walk to the train station. There was plenty of space for our group and the owner was extremely helpful during our stay. We would use this property again.
