Location and accommodation is A+ Tavira is truly worthy of reputation as loveliest Algarve town.

Spacious, clean and everything you need for a great stay. Swimming pool was very refreshing as well. We had our two dogs with us and they loved the apartment as it was so spacious for them and cool enough for them to get out the sun when it got too hot.

The apartment is spacious and luxurious. Modern kitchen, a fireplace and Internet connection with more than enough bandwidth. You’re in a few minutes walk of bars, restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Master bedroom is in very quiet area. The pool was to cold for me in March. The apartment is ground level only, the second floor appartement has few on the pool as well. I missed having a interesting few from the apartment. Truly great apartment.

La casa tiene una ubicación perfecta,a escasos metros Del Río,está equipada completamente y la piscina está genial.Zona con mucho k ver.El ferry a la playa se coge casi a la puerta d casa.Tiempo espectacular.Recomendable 100%.

Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica. La casa es mucho más espaciosa y cómoda de lo que parece en las fotos. Las camas muy cómodas y la cocina con todo tipo de detalle. Tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca del mercado, del centro de bares y del ferry que va a la Isla de Tavira. La casa es muy fresquita, no nos ha hecho falta por el aire acondicionado. Recomiendo mucho el restaurante Mar Azul que está justo frente a la casa. Una semana de vacaciones muy tranquila. Gracias!

Położenie mieszkania jest wyjątkowe, w centrum miasta, przy rzece Gilao, blizko kilka fajnych restauracji. Jak się wychodzi z domu to zaraz jest pierwsza knajpka. Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona . Natomiast meble, koce, poduszki na tapczanie są stare i wymagają wymiany.

A experiência com esta casa foi muito agradável. Casa bem equipada, bem localizada, com boa limpeza. A piscina é boa, embora só apanhe sol cerca de 2h/3h por dia, entre as 12:30 e as 14:30h.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, maison très sympa, grande et idéalement située. La piscine privée est un grand luxe. L'agence qui gère la location est à l'écoute et offre un service de qualité.

Everything about this property was great. The property management company was very responsive. We had one issue and that was the hot water. The owner knew about this prior to our stay. Too bad we were not given an opportunity to get a different place. But in the end only 3 days was the after lukewarm. The last 4 day it was warm enough to take a shower.

Cosy apartment, great location

Fabulous ground floor apartment with it own pool right in the centre of Tavira. No need for a car everything within easy walking distance, including a boat to a fabulous beach. Countless very good places to eat. In a town that is not too busy nor too quiet. We will return.

But why would you want to go out when you have a great sized swimming pool good terrace area to relax and enjoy a drink. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need.

Heerlijk huis, rustig gelegen al is het in het centrum van Tavira. Twee ruime slaap- en badkamers, mooie keuken van alles voorzien en ruime woonkamer. Buiten prachtig zwembad en terras maar in december natuurlijk te koud. Alles was super schoon en werden goed ontvangen door de beheerder. Aanrader!

Excellent and personal welcome by the managing agency (they are just 30m up the street so check in and check out are a breeze), noise levels are low thanks to double glazing doors to the street. Pool is large and clean but there's no fencing so not ideal for little kids. Kitchen well fitted out, everything's working. Overall very well maintained and recommended.

Zeer ruime woning met 2 aparte slaapkamers. Daarbij een hofje met zwembad 3×6 meter en 1.2 mtr diep. Gratis parkeren op 100 meter afstand

We had an excellent stay at this apartment - both clean and spacious. It was amazing to have our own private pool to come back to and relax in, right in the center of town. It could not have been more convenient to many restaurants and cafés as well as the ferry to the beach (which is just across the street). Despite being very accessible to everything, it was amazingly quiet at night. An added bonus is that there was parking right in front of the apartment. Tavira is a very charming town - we highly recommend both it and this apartment!!

Wat een geweldig appartement! Het is enorm ruim, schoon, perfect onderhouden, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is ook ideaal gelegen, vlakbij het centrum van Tavira (erg leuk!) en tegenover de aanlegplaats van de ferry naar het strand (aanrader!). Echt een topper, zo'n fijn appartement op zo'n lokatie!

"This is a wonderful apartment in an excellent part of Tavira. The rooms are large, modern and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds comfy. My children were a bit disappointed that the pool was too cold to swim, although it did get warm enough on one very hot day. There are lots of marvellous restaurants and cafes close by, and the very lovely river is just metres away. There is a very nice bar on the corner, The Pink Flamingo, which is fun and friendly, but not noisy at night. The apartment is very accessible for a wheelchair user, but the cobbled pavements outside are a nightmare! Our only complaint was that there was no one waiting with the keys when we arrived, even though we were on time. Had to phone the office. And the deposit of 300 euros seemed very high. Overall a really fantastic flat and Tavira is a perfect holiday destination."
