Une réservation quelques heures avant notre arrivée, et tout était parfaitement prêt pour nous et nos 3 enfants. Un appartement plein de charme, propre et très bien équipée. L’hôte est très réactif et agréable. Nous y avons fait seulement une escale pour une nuit mais si on venez en long séjour à Gênes nous hésiterions pas à louer à nouveau cet appartement. L’emplacement est idéal si vous voulez visiter la ville.

Apartamentul este situat in zona portului, pe o strada pietonala foarte circulata. Se pot caza 5 persoane, foarte aproape de un magazin alimentar, iar terase sunt peste tot in zona. Paturile sunt comode, iar așternuturile sunt curate.

Nu mi-a placut ca nu are lumina. Geamurile de la camere, bucatarie si baie sunt intre cladiri, nu intra lumina, nu vezi cum este vremea. In zona fiind foarte multe baruri si localuri, daca deschizi geamul intra miros de mancare si fum de tigara. Este multa galagie, dimineata devreme se aprovizionau magazinele din apropiere cu lazi cu sticle, care le carau cu carucioare si faceau un zgomot foarte mare. Canapeaua rosie din bucatarie trebuie neaparat curatata sau schimbata, se vede jegul pe ea din avion, nu m-am atins de ea !

Floor not clean: feet or socks get black if walking without shoes. But only that, the rest was clean.

Everything was perfect

Very stylish flat in city centre, in a real palazzio with a magnificent staircase and vaulted ceiling. Easy self check-in, just a small set of steps to the flat (4 steps), spacious living room, lots of small decorative elements making it quite a unique place to stay. Our son enjoyed the Vespas!

wonderful location and nice apartement, very historical building, 5mins walk to the port and aquarium, a lot of restaurants,cafe here, it's not difficult to find that Tommi is a very lovely host from the room decoration, i strongly recommend it!

Location was great. Right in middle of everything and just at end of pedestrian area. Close to parking.. Host was wonderful. Lot's of information and suggestions.

Wish it had another chair in living with only a regular couch...if you have four people. One is on a dining chair..

The central location made the morning walk through the old center of Genoa easy and pleasant. This was the best perk, we had to leave early in the morning, but we hit the primary highlights, including our favorite focacceria, all within 30 minutes walking. The Vespa theme throughout the property was a pleasant touch and apartment was spacious and well put-together. We had an easy time cooking our own dinner with the available tools in the kitchen.

The most challenging aspect of the location that parking can be challenging to find right near the apartment. We had to park in the large parking garage on the old port and then walk 10 minutes back to the property. The house was a little cool in November, especially the front room but the other bedrooms were fine.

Immaculate facilities, very cute furnishings. Fantastic location and the host was very helpful throughout.

Maybe mattresses could be nicer, the small room could be more private but overall very minor details

our offer was without breakfast - there was capsule coffee and a coffee machine. For longer stays it might be good to have a washing machine and dishwasher - but not a requirement. Location and service more than 5 - we were given all the information about the area and the city right away. Also about the restaurants, their offerings and prices. We were not in Genoa for the first time but for someone who is here for the first time - these comments are invaluable - we rate them very highly

There was no such thing - everything was of the highest standard - We have no comments :-) Clean, spacious, comfortable. Ideal location by Porto Antico, 20 m from the metro and bus. For our part, we recommend both a short stay and a longer holiday. Photos as per description.

Really nice apartment right in the middle of the historical center. It was just as good as the mice pictures showed. Tommy was very accessible and helpful (for example when we locked ourselves out by closing the door with the keys left inside he helped us directly). So I can really recommend this place!

The location is great. The apartment is spacious.

There was mold in the shower. Besides it, it was ok. We were missing daylight and fresh air but it just as it is.

It is a beautiful, historical building, but bc of location on first floor, there’s not a lot of windows or views and for some it can feel claustrophobic

The location was excellent and interaction with the home owners over WhatsApp worked a treat. The bathroom was huge and all 3 bedrooms more than adequate for us.
