Room comfort. I am handicapped. The bathroom is fully prepared for guests like me. The bed was super comfortable. Loved the control operated curtains and shades.

Only 2 elevators, and one was not working. As handicapped I cannot maintain standing long. The wait for the elevator was always long, even more so during check out times.

The location for us to go to TD Garden for a Bruins game was great! We had dinner in the hotel before the game and it was great!

The location was perfect, the breakfast restaurant inside the hotel was excellent, the hotel was nice and clean.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, and even after I told front desk nothing was done about it.

The front desk staff was professional and kind; they bent over backwards to help us! The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and in a great location.

The restaurant was terrible; it took an hour to get pie breakfast order.

The location is great, next to Quincy market and in the middle of freedom trail

Breakfast was nice, but with a bit expensive and just really specific options (although it covers sweet and salty options properly)

Room was a bit too tight. Not enough room to hand my clothes qnd my husbands clothes because we had to hang coats too. Everything was jammed in the small cupboard. The big drawers were great

Foi cobrado um valor de 135 dólares acima do valor das diárias a título de diversas taxas. Um absurdo, pois isto não foi previamente informado. Foi o único hotel da viagem onde isto ocorreu. Desagradável e inaceitável.

O café da manhã não estava incluído na diária. Era oferecido no bar/restaurante do Hotel através de menu. Usei uma vez e foi muito demorado ser servido. Na cidade de Boston existem muitas taxas e impostos que se somam à diária do Hotel, nunca tinha visto antes, fica desproporcional ao valor original da diária. Há muitos bares, restaurantes e Pub's nas proximidades do Hotel, inclusive o Quincy Market e o Faneuil Building.

Room quite small for 4 adults. Little mouse in reception area. Expensive enough to not include breakfast. But….Dunkin was close by….

Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable beds.

Only thing I can think of is that housekeeping came at various times, sometimes 11 and sometimes 3 when we wanted to put our feet up for a bit.

It had a great location. We were able to explore Boston on foot, which is the best way to do it. We could walk to the Aquarium. It was also a short drive to the Jamaica Pond parkrun, which was the highlight of our trip.

It was not clearly signed, so we ended up circling the block to find it.

We did not eat at the hotel but the espresso bar looked lovely. The staff were hospitable and friendly, they allowed early check in, the valet was professional.

I paid $60 for valet parking + tip of course and because we needed to leave very early the next day that meant the car was parked on the street so we could access it. It seems a bit expensive for this.

One of the two elevators didn't work, emphasized by a front desk shrug that it was no big deal. It was. The one elevator was always packed. Once it took 9 elevator passes to be able to get on with my luggage. The bathroom barn-type door didn't close all the way, leaving a three inch open gap. The front desk said they would see if something could be done...it wasn't. The room darkening curtains don't go all they way to the ceiling, letting a significant amount of light through. The front desk said, "Yeah, we know about that." The hotel restaurant is an embarrassment to restaurants.

It was next to everything!

The maid staff would start very early and make a ruckus. It sounded like they were playing Bangos at 6:30/7 in the morning. I couldn’t even sleep because of it.

One working elevator and water pressure in shower was a little harsh.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They are literally the best people I met in the U.S.

I just hope the shower room is bigger.

Great location. Fifteen minute walk to everything Boston-North End, Seaport, Theater District. Lots of eateries minutes from hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel bar was very nice for a late night cocktail.

The property is right on the Freedom Trail, close to just about everything a tourist could want to do in the city.

There is only one working elevator on the property and it is small, slow, and usually full. Be prepared to take the stairs unless you are willing to wait 10+ minutes. The rooms are also LOUD. There was a metallic banging from things going up and down the elevator all night and construction on/across the street.
