This is our second stay at the ranch. We love this house. Everything is organized and the kitchen is well appointed. The outdoor space cannot be beat. The playground is so fun. There is a porch swing and an incredible outdoor entertainment area.. The beds are comfy and rooms are large. Indoor there is enough seating for everyone and a nice big table to enjoy a family meal. The owner is very attentive and helpful. From here you are out of the city a little so its peaceful but still located close enough to get to all the fun stuff. We will stay here again.

The management and location of this property was 5 star. The home is comfortable, and would benefit from minor updates but we spent 90% of our time outside on the porch. George was so gracious when we called with questions and was determined to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible for family traveling in from different directions.

Great House Love the backyard and porch overlooking the hills behind the property. My grandson had a great time running around the back yard.

This property was perfect for our needs. We needed to sleep 5 adults and kids and in addition the owner allowed us to use the home as a meet up place for other family coming from Vegas for a funeral. There was ample secure parking. The kids played outside on the playground. The evenings and mornings are the best sitting on the back deck. The home was very clean and tidy. The shower fixtures could use a little TLC - takes a bit to get it set for the correct water temp which will scald if ur not careful. I wouldn’t mind an extended stay here except for one thing. There are plug-in fragrances in every room which are overpowering. The scent permeated everything from the towels to the bedding and possibly the nice leather furniture. We washed all our clothing when we got home because of the scent. Opening up the windows while the cleaning ladies are there to allow the place to air out with natural air would add greatly to the country charm of this home.

This rental feels like a home. The home’s furnishings and backyard amenities are comfortable and relaxed. The view from the patio and the cool breeze coming over the mountains - very nice! The owner made himself available, if needed, but was not intrusive. Not everything worked, which made it feel that much more like home, but it was nothing important that detracted from our stay. If it had been something important, the owner would have made accommodations. We rented this place while visiting relatives in the area. The outdoor play area and covered patio were a huge hit. The house and patio had plenty of space for a Mother’s Day celebration. Oh, and the large picnic/event area on the backside of the property made for an enjoyable stroll. This place was perfect for our stay. We will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at Keush Ranch during the Christmas holidays - had a wonderful family celebration with three generations. The house and yard are spacious so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The children enjoyed the yard and playground while the older folks enjoyed the comfortable furniture in the living room. We cooked a few meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The big dining table accomodated all of us. Our host, George, was quick to respond to our questions and made us feel very welcome. We are planning a return visit in the near future.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. George was extremely responsive and accommodating both online and during our stay. The property itself is spacious and well-maintained. It is clear that the owner has put a lot of effort into the property to make it a welcoming and comfortable space. We had a large group for Thanksgiving, and we all fit comfortably and were able to put together a large meal using the kitchen. The bedrooms fit all of us well. The property also extends up into the hill with an area to take a small hike. We would be happy to stay again!

We stayed for a couple of nights for a wedding in La Crescenta. The owners were super attentive and helpful. The property was great and as advertised. It has a lot of room and would make a great place for small family reunions or wedding receptions. Lots of food and shopping opportunities near by. I would love to stay there for a couple of weeks sometime.

The grounds were beautiful. We were amazed that all that outdoor living space was for us. Our kids loved playing outside, and we enjoyed eating our meals on the back patio. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was well appointed with TVs everywhere & comfortable seating. When we arrived we noticed there was no fitted sheet on the king bed, just top sheet & a duvet. When I pulled out the sofa bed, it was clear the sheet on the bed was not clean. There was hair & crumbs on it. There were ants on the counters in the kitchen & bathroom countertops. I contacted George & he sent the cleaning lady over right away. She came accompanied by her husband, who I assume is the groundskeeper. She was very sweet & apologetic. Her husband was not. He was aggressive & unkind. He used swear words in front of my children. He told us how this wasn’t their fault, but that the owner deals with the sheets. I had to tell him twice that this was between him & George & I just wanted clean sheets. I didn’t dare bring up the ants or the dirty sock I found by the bed. George called after to apologize & make sure everything was okay. The next morning there was a man walking around the back yard. It was the housekeepers husband. He was fixing something and doing general maintenance on the yard. I think that’s fine, but maybe should have been done when the house wasn’t occupied or AT LEAST I should have been told to expect him. He wasn’t friendly at all & we felt uncomfortable in the home that morning. We had to keep everything in the fridge because if anything was left out, it would have ants crawling in it. While changing the toilet paper roll in the master we saw there was smeared poop on the wall! It had obviously been there for a while. I took pictures for my reference then cleaned it up. I didn’t want to deal with the housekeepers husband again. As we were packing up to leave, we noticed ants in the master bedroom crawling all over the pile of pillows that we weren’t using. We had kept our dirty laundry in a big trash bag in the corner of the room and had to go outside and shake ants out of each item of dirty clothes individually. I texted George that morning with a picture of the ants and he didn’t have much to say. After we checked out he did send me a text apologizing for our experience & said he would be putting new cleaning procedures in place. After all the fees, we were paying close to $400/nt. It makes us sick to think about. We won’t be back.

An instantly comfortable place to stay and quite easy to entertain when people need to come over. Easy accesible to Pasadena and Burbank. Worked out great to have out-of-town family stay for my child's graduation over the weekend. lots of amenties more like a family compound then just a house to rent.

Somehow despite being minutes from a small shopping center and only miles away from the city itself, this place has a quiet, rural feel to it. It was clean, with plenty of sleeping space, modern furniture, and a nice yard/playground area. Although we didn't run into any issues, the owner lives nearby and made it very clear that he was available to help with any concerns that came up. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Ranch for 3 nights for my mom’s 75th Birthday. We live nearby but wanted to get away and do something different and the Ranch was the perfect place! It’s cozy and has plenty of room for everyone, it was so nice to just relax and hang out with the family. I loved the patio and backyard and my mom rspecially loved the beautiful outdoor lighting. My grandson and great nephews loved the backyard play area. Even though its located right on the street, you didn’t hear any street noise; it really felt like we were far away on vacation. George was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great fun time, it was everything we hoped for. We cant wait to stay there again.

Maybe I was excited by the thought of seeing our young grandson get baptized, maybe it was the anticipation of the New Year and maybe it was the ideal location and setup of the Keush Ranch but whatever it was it was a wonderful time at the Ranch. We were a party of ten and had room for everyone including a few more for a few meals. The layout was ideal for our group and the outdoor options for dining and playing were perfect for the family. George was also very generous in allowing an early arrival to accomodate our social calendar. Our guests from England and Portland enjoyed the SoCal weather and said their summer days are not that delightful. Everything worked and we were all very comfortable.

Plenty of room for the 8 of us. George is very accommodating and answered all our questions. Thank you for helping to make our vacation great!

This Ranch was an awesome experience! The owners were very nice for allowing my family to check in earlier than agreed.Very beautiful decor and cozy home feel.The kids enjoyed themselves on the outdoor play set.The place was immaculate.

We rented the ranch for the weekend in order to host my grand-daughter's birthday party. The living arrangements are great and the backyard and patio were perfect place to host the party. The children especially liked the playground and the backyard play area. We have stayed here before and will stay here again in the future! George is a very good host who makes sure that all our needs are being met.

It's hard to describe this place. The pictures don't do it justice. It's massive, it's in immaculate condition, the owner goes out of his way to help you however you need, and it's private. There's no neighbors, the back yard is beautifully landscaped, there's a property wide sound system, all you need to cook except the food itself, and more than enough room for everyone

The house was amazing. There were 10 of us, with 5 adults and 5 kids and everyone fit comfortably. The owner was fantastic and very attentive. We are already making plans for another visit next summer!

If you are in LA for a good family time, then make it a memorable one by staying at George's ranch. Its everything a family could ask for. Well maintained property with great interiors. Lovely backyard with kids play house, BBQ, patio deck etc., We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The little ones absolutely enjoyed the place and didn't want to step out of the house (even for Universal Studios :-). George, the owner of the ranch is fantastic. He made sure that our stay was a comfortable one and ensure every bit of details. He is very prompt to respond to our questions even before our rental began. Overall, it was a great experience for us and I would definitely stay at his place during my next LA trip
