Great accommodating staff.
Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc

ROACHES!!!
Scheduled to stay 3 nights. First night we layed down went straight to bed got up and left to universal studios stayed out all day and went back and back to bed. Woke up the next morning and there was a roach crawling out of one of the bed sheets that my kids were sleeping on. We immediately went and notified the property and he was more bugged I woke him up. He then told me to leave the key I requested a refund . For my last night how am I supposed to have my kids in a dirty environment. The rooms smell musty. The carpets feel dirty. Towels are stained. They didn’t try to fix the situation

Very good location with Ralphs just across the inn. Night manager was very helpful in bringing my luggages up the two flight of stairs. Very quiet place.
I would have given a 10 rating if there was free coffee and free bottled mineral water. No breakfast was served due to the pandemic (which is understandable).

Zimmer waren super zum übernachten und duschen, haben uns aber auch nicht länger daran aufgehalten.

Viejo, las fotos engañan un poco, la habitación es antigua y huele a humedad por la moqueta.

Está correcto. Para dormir cerca de Los Ángeles y no estar en medio de todo el follón. El precio tmb es mejor que en el centro de los Ángeles y estás a nada de toda la parte norte de loa Ángeles.
Un poco antiguo. Hay que renovarlo un poco. Faltarían servicios comunes.

A safe location well located for our purposes namely venues in northern LA. The room was well equipped.
Our room was near to the entrance so there was background traffic noise.

Definitely needs renovation- our room seemed clean but it was so dark and the furniture was old that it made it seem less clean… the area is nothing special.

Front desk guy was helpful and efficient.
The room had very bad smell, probably something from the sewer.
One of the "fresh" towels was filthy and with hair. Really, does it worth saving a towel laundry over your reputation?? It made us think - what else didnt they replace... pillow, sheets... why do you need your guests getting into that?
Also, the main bulb was fried, so we couldn't even light the room properly.
Doesn't worth the money.

it was close to our family functions we needed. There is a store next door and one across the street. A bank and gas station are close. restaurants are near.
The building is old, but the room had been remodeled.

so dirty. the cushion of the chair is so dirty it felt yucky sitting on it. Additionally, the towels are not white anymore, more like light beige.

there’s writing on the front door writing in bathroom door like I’m in high school in the girls bathroom or boys bathroom I stay up stairs all the way at the end also I felt they put us down at end because I was African-American because they could’ve put it down so many rooms downstairs but they didn’t. They said I had to request it.

Location is great. Many restaurants and have a super market just opp. to the hotel. Room is clean and staffs are so friendly.

the motel is quit old. the furniture is needed to be remodel. soundproofing is extremely poor. you can neighbourhoods like they are all in your room.
